Spectacular private four season farmhouse in the Catskills Mountains just 15 minutes from Windham. Set back from the road, the farmhouse is located on 40 acres of woodland including streams and waterfalls. Beautifully restored to its original beauty, this 1860's farmhouse has unique charm and character. Spend your days here on the deck and wrap-around porch relaxing, listening to birdsong and the sounds of the country. Alternately, explore the property or the nearby attractions, including hiking, restaurants, skiing and water park.
The house itself is perfectly proportioned. It contains four bedrooms including two master bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with queen). Together the two smaller bedrooms contain 3 twin beds and two trundle beds (sleeping 5 total). There is large sun drenched kitchen, a separate dining room and expansive living room with wood burning fireplace. The house is equipped with child-safe devices including A gate on the stairs.

About the host
Hosted by Jonathan and Sarah
Sarah and Jonathan live in Brooklyn, NY with our two small children. We fell in love with the Catskills on a ski trip in 2013. In 2014 we began looking for our own property and fell in love with this farmhouse. After a year long renovation in 2017/2018 we are so pleased to be able to share this magical spot with you.
Why they chose this property
Since March 2020 we have been working remotely here. It has been wonderful but we are now moving away.
