The executive home is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and is perfectly situated for walking or hiking within the fully gated community. Close proximity to Pleasant Lake, Scottsdale shopping, restaurants or a multitude of Phoenix and area activities. A beautiful 1.5 hour drive to Sedona. The large open gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and filled with beautiful dark cabinets, granite counters, gas range, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to a large great room with a reclining sofa, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The elegant formal dining room has a beautiful wood dining table with 8 chairs. The house is fully equipped, appliances are new and includes a full size washer/dryer.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with two night tables and lamps, dresser and a walk out to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a full bath with a sink and shower / tub combination. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, night table and lamp. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed. Between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms there is a full bathroom with a double sink vanity and a tub/shower combination.
This house is available year round with a reasonable rate that is very affordable and represents great value for this upscale area.
