Great group get away

A great house for a larger group, plenty of space to hang out, location quick to down town, secure parking with plenty of lights. Enjoyed relaxing in hot tub each evening after walking all day.

Perfect House in Perfect Location!

One word describes everything about this house, the location, and the owners, AWESOME! I could not ask for anything better on my trip and will be staying here any chance I can when I visit Nashville. The home is absolutely gorgeous, completely updated, and decorated impeccably with more than enough room for my friends to relax comfortably. All the beds have Tempur-pedic memory foam mattresses and the house was sparkling clean. The location is just minutes, or a very cheap Uber or Lyft ride, from East Nashville's best restaurants in Five Points and just across the bridge from all Broadway has to offer. I really appreciated Michael's detailed instructions on check-in making it completely stress free as well as plenty off street private parking which can be hard to find so close to downtown. Michael is the most hospitable host and was available with a quick phone call all hours if there were any questions. I definitely rate this house a 5 star rental for the quality of the house and the customer service. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Above-and-beyond level of service

Family from St Louis and Phoenix tented this lovely property for a week and all nine of us were very comfortable. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! As a premier partner with VRBO myself (see listings 1131503 and 719224), I was blown away by how incredibly accommodating the owners were! Makes me want to step up my game for my properties! Example: Mike has a membership to shipt that he allows you to use to have groceries delivered, provides codes for discounts with ride share services and even offered to run to the liquor store for us so that our wine would be chilled when we arrived! It was all so easy! I just Venmo’d him after he texted me with the receipt. The house itself is very comfortable! Didn’t get to use the hot tub because it was just so cold and damp outside so we all preferred to stay inside. It’s not located in a super trendy, walkable neighborhood like East Nashville, but it’s access to the highway made it easy to get around to whatever part of town we wanted to explore. I think it was a perfect spot for our family! Thank you for everything Mike!

Everything at the house was great! Michael was amazing! Would absolutely stay there again!

Michael was super friendly, available when needed, responded quickly. Loved the grocery service! House had enough room for the family to hang out together and have our own space when needed (2 families with 7 kids ages 3-16). A quick uber or Lyft to Broadway (about $17). Was great to have hot tub—especially in a snow storm. The house next to this was rented but was never an issue. We still had plenty of our own space to park and be outside, grill, etc..Back yard is large and could be fun—we just happened to be there during a the worse cold front in decades so didn’t get a chance to utilize it the way we would have liked. (Polar vortex boo!). Plenty of linens, towels, dishes, etc.. What really sets them apart is the above and beyond. The storm altered our plans and they were so great to work with! We even left something important and asked if they could send it to us (knowing it is a pain) responded absolutely! This house is a great value and great place for a Nashville get a way!

Ladies getaway

I can't say enough good stuff about this property. We had 15 ladies total and had such an amazing time. There was plenty of room and beds for all of us. The house was so clean and well supplied with linens, extra bedding, blow dryers, etc. It was perfect for our needs. The owner Michael is one of the nicest guys. He was so helpful and had great recommendations for us during our stay in Nashville. He really helped us make it an epic trip. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Had an awesome time here with a group of 12 girls. The owners were extremely accommodating and the house had everything you could need. Short Uber ride to downtown. If I ever come back with a large group, I plan to stay here again.

Fun time for all.

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the house. All the amenities were top notch and we were especially appreciative of the amount of towels! Our party of eleven all slept comfortably and could have fit a few more. Mike was pleasant ,accommodating and very responsive. We would definitely rent from him in the future!

Great properties and owner communication

We rented both houses for a family reunion. Our group was very impressed with the homes which were modern and spacious. Highly recommend. Owners were very accommodating, booked a VIP access at Tootsies for our group and were quick to respond to any needs. We had a fantastic time.

What an amazing place!

Such a fun house! We couldn’t have enjoyed a place more! Parking can be tight especially depending on your neighbors. And Uber’s were more like $15 a piece. Overall an amazing time at an amazing house!

Great place! Nice and clean! We loved the grill area in between the two houses! Every detail was in place! Owners are super nice and maintenance issues taken care of immediately! I guess what was really impressive was the extra thought taken into consideration for the guests. For example, they had the place stocked with Keurig coffee, styrofoam cups, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners, garbage bags, linens, towels, bedding, lots of cooking spices, etc. If requested, they will even make a trip to liquor store for you and have fridge sticked with beverages. They have a grocery service as well that delivers. We were close enough to DT Nashville that Uber was a cheap rate. We rented both houses and had 7 cars there at one time. Property is gated access which makes it nice and private. All the beds are super comfortable with memory foam bedding. Hope you enjoy your stay like we did ours!

Relaxation and Comfort

This property is such that it gives you the feeling of home and being in a secluded area. There is plenty of space both inside and outside (nice size yard) and will comfortably accommodate larger groups. Michael and staff were very attentive. Conveniently located to Nashville’s attractions.

Perfect for large groups especially families

This place was everything we hoped for and more. We rented both houses. Michael's place is perfect, secure, a short drive to Broadway and we could not have hoped for a better set up for our stay. There were 24 of us including 9 kids. We never felt short for space, the backyard kept the kids very happy (huge backyard, squirrels in the morning, fireflies at night, water fights the rest of the day). Check in was easy, the houses are brand new, rooms are spacious, beds comfy, good wifi, large TVs in every room, great washing machines and dryers etc... Amenities we're also more than you would expect. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We all agreed it was the perfect place for our stay. Thank you so much Michael!

Beautiful home!

We stayed at Talbot’s corner with 3 other couples for my husbands 40th Birthday. This home is extremely clean and well kept. It has everything you need in the kitchen. Michael, the owner, was very helpful with any questions we had and was very quick at getting to us. He gave numerous suggestions on things to do while in the area. The house is about a 15 minute Uber ride to Broadway with traffic. We never had trouble getting an Uber there and cabs were more expensive, but more convenient on the way home for out late nights out. The couch, fire pit and jacuzzi were a great touch the the deck out back at the home. We sat out there often. I would absolutely recommend this house for a stay in Nashville!

Amazing house, amazing hosts

We absolutely loved our girls' weekend in this house! Mike and Crystal know exactly what groups need. There were plenty of beds so no one had to share, the fridge was stocked when we got there, there was coffee for the mornings, and they gave us access to free grocery delivery. I can't say enough good things. There was a blue tooth sound bar that we used for music all weekend and we LIVED on that amazing porch. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect. Everything was clean, super comfortable, and the owners were responsive and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We've already recommended the place to friends for their Nashville trip this summer and I'd do the same for anyone looking for a place to stay near the city!

A Perfect Nashville Recharging Zone

Meridian Manor is well-appointed to allow a visitor to Nashville to relax, spread out, and recharge when visiting the city. The house is extremely comfortable (beds have amazing matresses), the on-demand water heater means you’ll never run out of hot water, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Michael is a very gracious host (stocking the fridge with essentials ahead of the visit) and is quick to respond to requests. The house felt very secure - electronic gate with keypad code blocks the driveway and the door locks are electronic and coded, too. Spending evenings on the west-facing porch with fire pit and hot tub was an amazing way to end each day. The house is in a great locations - minutes from downtown Nashville and the cute neighborhoods that are bustling (Five Points, the Gulch, 12 South). The entire area around the house is booming with both new construction and house rehabs everywhere.

Outstanding Accommodations

My children and grandchildren unanimously agreed this home is hands down the most comfortable and enjoyable home we have rented. Kitchen well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals, cozy comfortable beds, TV’s in every room and a large gathering space. Did I mention the hot tub and outdoor fire pit...used every night! This home was super clean with linens smelling outdoor fresh! I will be back. Awesome property, location, and service

We rented both homes for a family reunion over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was particularly impressed with Mike’s communication and level of service and “extras” he provides. They have literally thought of everything to make their guests stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. The homes themselves are very spacious and comfortable, modern and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal for 20, which speaks to how well the place is stocked up. The hot tubs, fireplaces, grill all were in perfect working order. This is also unique in my experience, as we have stayed in many VRBO homes and there’s nearly always an inoperable grill or something like that. Not here, Mike and his team keep everything in great shape. Thanks again for a great stay!

Amazing property!

We came to Nashville for our daughter's wedding and rented both properties. They were well equipped with many of the essentials and worked perfect for our large group. Both Mike and Crystal were wonderful and very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic place for a large group

We had a group of 15 and actually occupied both side-by-side homes. The houses were very well maintained, plenty of beds/bathrooms for everyone and they were very clean. The homeowner supplied everything you could ask for...even all the coffee. As a group we travel to a different destination every fall for a golf trip. Homeowner Mike was easily the most communicative manager we have had in the past ten years. If there was ever a concern or something we felt we needed, Mike would answer our text or call and take care of it asap. The location is great with only a short Uber to downtown. The entire property has gated entry for maximum privacy and safety. The hot tubs and comfortable outdoor seating on each deck was a perfect luxury for our post golf relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here!!!
