We loved this house. The kitchen had everything one would need,and we appreciated the coffee, olive oil and spices. The view was spectacular. We loved the bird watching and the tides changing.

Beautiful property. The view is amazing. Sat on the balcony and enjoyed the views for hours. The home has everything you need to cook anything wanted. Enjoyed the hot tub. Hiking trails out the front door.

We had such a wonderful stay at the house in Bodega Bay. The location was absolutely perfect, with beautiful coastal views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a seamless stay. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway and we would absolutely love to come back again. Everything about Bird Watch is excellent. Perfect location - right on the water with access to the shore, quiet & a short walk to great restaurants and trails. Relaxing and comfortable house & deck. Great amenities. I could go on but I will share that we've been coming to Bodega Bay and vicinity for over 25 years and this is the best rental by far. We definitely will be coming back if it's available next time.

We enjoyed the location right on the Bay with 100’s of different birds to watch outside our window.There were several hiking spots on coast we enjoyed and the Redwoods in Armstrong Park about an hour away.Some good restaurants I walking distance too.

We've have visited Bodega Bay many times and stayed in many different rentals - Birdwatch was the cleanest and best stocked ever. Perfect for two couples. Upstairs bedroom is a bit cramped and the dining table is small for a big dinner worthy of all the appliances and utensils available. We especially appreciated being "downtown" in the heart of things. Gorgeous views of the ever-changing Bay. Good access for short walks or long walks. Incredible variety of restaurants within a 3 mile radius. Very responsive local manager.

The place is cute and smaller than what the pictures made it appear. The downstairs area would be considered a suite I guess, as it has its own bathroom and a small couch and a king size bed. There was no door to close off the area for privacy though. I brought my sister and her son with me and a blowup air mattress for her son, but there was no place to set up the air mattress. This place is set up for two couples. From the pictures, it looked fairly large, and I thought for sure there would be enough room to set up an air mattress for my nephew but unfortunately there was not.There is a hot tub on property which unfortunately we did not use. There’s also a nice deck on both levels. The kitchen is very nice. Katie was very responsive. The power went out one evening so she had the property manager bring us a couple of battery powered lamps and a charger to charge our phones but the power came back on before she arrived. Overall, this is a very cute place. I had a great time on my birthday vacation.
