Hide-Away | Historic North Hill Studio Near Downtown Pensacola

Featuring original hardwood floors, a private entrance, full kitchen, queen bed, Smart TV, and
free high-speed Wi-Fi, Unlike many small studio accommodations, Hide-Away provides a full
kitchen for guests who prefer the convenience of preparing meals at home. Kitchen essentials are
provided along with linens, towels, basic toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Head toward Downtown Pensacola to discover local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, museums,
galleries, nightlife and shopping. Local favorites such as Jaco's Bayfront Bar & Grille and the
classic Coffee Cup Restaurant are within easy reach, along with the many restaurants and
businesses surrounding Palafox Street.

Known as the “Festival City of the South,” Pensacola hosts festivals, concerts, sporting events,
markets and cultural celebrations throughout the year. Be sure to check the Pensacola event
calendar when planning your visit.

Please note that Hide-Away does NOT have central air conditioning. The studio is cooled by one
window A/C unit. Heating is also available. There is NO washer or dryer inside Hide-Away.
Several laundromats are located nearby for guests who need laundry services during their stay.
Guests also have access to an outdoor patio/deck area and outdoor grill, providing additional
space to enjoy the Northwest Florida weather. As part of our ongoing property-maintenance program,
the property receives quarterly professional pest-control treatment from Outa Sight Pest
Control.

Absolutely amazing stay. Cozy and the perfect place for a romantic, quirky stay in Pensacola. Perfect location. The Host was absolutely wonderful. I locked my wife and I out on first day. Messaged host and was back in room within 10 minutes. Very quiet and very relaxing stay. Highly recommend

The location was perfect for our plans. The room is clean with all the amenities required and parking spaces were no problem. The host was able to inform us in checking in/out procedures etc. There is a binder inside the room for the basic info. We like the old house but we will probably reserve another room in that building on our next visit because on the last night we notice how dark it can get outside the door, I guess that's why it's called the "Hideaway".

The landlord’s brother, extremely knowledgable in Pensacola’s history, took me on a free tour of the city, drove me to a local fish market for the best seafood-buying experience then to the Ever’man Cooperative Grocery store (A health-food heaven), few blocks away. He dropped me off at the Airport. I was treated like royalty during my two nights stay! Can’t wait to go back to a home away from home.
