The Casa is just 1 minute away from a prime casino as the owner's property is situated in a gated subdivision within a masterplanned community. The atmoshphere is quiet and relaxing as it is safe for all our guests to access the trails for brisk morning/night jog or walk. There is an adventure park for kids to enjoy too. The casita is only 17 mintues away from the Las Vegas Strip and 8 mins. away from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway where the EDC events are held. Major grocery stores like Smiths, Walmart and Costco are only 5 mins. away. Your local restaurants are all over the area which include but not limited to IHOP, McDonals, Starbucks, Arby's, KFC, etc.

The place is accessible to UBER and LYFT.

The casita boasts of the regular amenities in a resort accommodation, it has its own toilet/bath, washer/dryer and mini dinette for light meal preparation. The property is very safe and private, guests have their own access straight to the casita and have free parking space for their vehicle.

It is family oriented space where customers are treated part of the family. Guests maintain their own privacy and they can contact the owner for questions and how to get to their destination and go around the valley and maximize the enjoyment of their stay. They will feel at home while being away from home.

This was my second stay at this cute little casita. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to stay that feels safe and is located in a great area away from the strip, this is the place. I love staying here as it is close to my daughter's house and to the station casinos and much more. The host is great and easy to reach for anything. I highly recommend.

This is an amazing incredible property and for the price we just could not beat it. it saved us over $400 for the weekend. We were just about 20 minutes from downtown the Fremont experience It was perfect for what we needed very spacious with kitchenette in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this spot anyone. Can’t beat the price and can’t beat the BEAUTIFUL location.

Comfortable and Cozy

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was easy to find, the owner was easy to communicate with, and the room was just how it was described. The bed was comfortable and the room felt private. It was just enough space for two people and the AC kept it nice and cool. The location was also wonderful since we were attending an event in North Las Vegas and didn't want to have to deal with driving downtown every night. We would definitely stay here again, nothing negative to say at all!

I was very happy with this studio apartment. It was very conveniently located for me, close to our daughter. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The real difference though was the ease it was to communicate with owner. Response to time was less than 30 minutes every time. I will definitely stay here when I come back

My wife and I love to travel so much. We love to see new and exciting places and meet new faces. If we had more time, we would be anywhere there is a beach or a lake right now since we both love the water. But managing properties and being in the rental business for fifteen (15) years do take its toll.

Hosting in Homeaway is a new venture for me, but I am definitely not new in hosting guests. Family and friends everywhere across the globe visit us every year and it is always a delight to welcome them in our home. They love staying with us since our house is close enough to be in the Strip but is a safe and cozy place to come home to. Plus they know that we are fun and hospitable people.
