This was the perfect unit for a girls weekend away. Prime location right in the centre of town. The unit was well appointed, comfortable and had lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the sun together. A vast array of different cafes and restaurants were 1-2 min walk away, with Woolworths across the road a few doors up. Kiama has many lovely shops to browse, heaps of op shops and beautiful markets on Sunday morning. We took the courtesy bus to Cin Cin wine bar, for dinner one night, which was delicious. The blow hole is a 10-15 min walk and there is also a beautiful path along the coastline to explore from there. Nin was an amazing host, meeting us upon arrival and clearly detailing everything we needed to know. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nin.

A wonderful stay

This was an excellent place to stay. It sits right in the heart of beautiful Kiama (lots of great cafes nearby), is spacious and very clean, and has secure undercover parking. Would definitely come back!(The only small things are the intermittent water pressure for taps/showers, and the level of noise that sometimes comes from the Leagues Club across the road, but these are little niggles rather than actual problems with this otherwise perfect place.)

Great location, modern and immaculate

We were surprised how large and spacious the apartment was. Great location - close to the shops, supermarket but away from the noise as well. The place was in immaculate condition, open plan living area and perfect for us (we had 4 adults and 2 kids).

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rosebank Oasis. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds, great kitchen (impressive stove!), strong, hot shower and fantastic location. Nin, the property manager, was helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

The perfect getaway

Nin's apartment in Kiama had everything we needed and more for a perfect and comfortable holiday! The space was ideally located, clean, secure and equipped with everything we needed. Perfect Accommodation for a Group Stay

We were only in Kiama for a long weekend but the apartment would be perfect for a longer stay. A large space, well equipped and in a great location. Nothing to fault. Nin was a perfect host. Always available and happy to help when required.

Beautiful Kiama

We had a lovely stay in this apartment for four nights. Perfect location and great communication with Nin (property manager). The apartment lift had broken down during our stay which made things pretty difficult (especially with two small children). The apartment was spacious and clean, we will be back.

Good holiday

Everything was great except getting in. We were not given instructions on the parking and the remote we were given did not work. However, location, amenities etc.all excellent. Would stay there again.

The battery in the garage remote died and a replacement remote was provided within half an hour of being advised. A working remote does make things a lot easier!

Great Location and good sized unit

The location of this apartment was excellent. Walk to shops / restaurants and club across the road. The apartment is quite big and the balcony is also. There was everything we needed for our weekend stay. The carpark was a little tight to get in to for a larger car but great to have it off the street. Communication was great with Nin. Would definately stay there again.
