The hosts were very nice and responsive. I just feel like the house was not very nice and it is listed as "luxury." The house is on a weird street and the view is pretty from the back. The house is pretty bare bones as far as furniture. No rugs, no lamps. The deck has just a few chairs scattered about. It in no way feels luxury. There are no rugs and the decorations are not vintage but very dated and cheap. It is a lot of money to stay somewhere that is "meh." But maybe I should have read the description closer or read through the lines to see what I was getting.

We take feedback seriously and will make sure the listing properly shows off the space, as we want guests to know what they’re getting and feel satisfied after their stay. We chose not to include rugs because we are a pet friendly property, and we want to make sure there’s no dander for future guests who may have allergies. We’re glad you enjoyed the view - we think it’s a spectacular luxury and have geared the property towards highlighting it.

What a perfect location and spacious home. All possible amenities present and nice huge garage to park in plus huge carport magnificent views from all rooms with a huge patio. Excellent for elderly guests as there are no steps. Excellent communication from property owner. Exciting roads to home. It's on the side of a hill. We will definitely return for our future visits.

Wonderful option for event at the Barton Creek Omni Resort

Business Trip

Had a conference at the Omni Barton Creek and this house was perfect, it was about a mile from the Omni and it worked really well. After each day, coming into this house was great, very quiet and great views to relax before the next day.
