Great location!

Stayed here with my 3 daughters and myself. Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Be aware - this is a first floor unit but there are steps to get to it which made carrying a beach cart a bit annoying. There are also a lot of steps to get over the dunes to the beach. The condo was small but not overly so. The furniture needs some updating as the recliners do not recline and nothing was comfortable. Communication with the owner was great! Great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Summer getaway

We loved the location of the property! It was close to Fort Macon and the state park which we loved walking to every morning on the beach. The complex itself was quiet and being on the first floor made it easy to carry up luggage, groceries and beach chairs! Christine was easy to communicate with and had all items you may need for your stay organized and easy to find, like pool keys, parking passes, menus & beach chairs. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

Sea Spray July 30, 2022

Awesome location. We loved bottom floor. Easy access to pool and beach from our room. Condo was exactly like it looked online and what we expected. It was in a great location to food, shops and activities like Fort Macon State Park, piers and mini golf. The beach was gorgeous, and we had plenty of room every day we went. No one was on top of us! The owner was readily available and always responded when I had a question before we left. We have stayed at Sea Spray before, and we’re never disappointed. We loved it and had a wonderful time!
