10/10 Excellent

Toni R., Ivins, Utah

Excellent location, reasonably priced, all the necessary amenities, great floor plan.
I stayed for the entire month of July. Rod, the owner, was always available by phone, email, or text from the day I booked to the day I departed. He was helpful and responded immediately to my questions. I never had a problem with the cabin. It is in a perfect location for accessing bike routes and trails. It's on the southeast side of the lake, just a few minutes drive (or bike ride) from the businesses and bustle of BB Lake and a few blocks from the businesses of BB City. I don't think this is the Peter Pan area, but I think this is a better location than that. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly people all around. My dog accompanied me. We both appreciated the completely fenced large yard space, wonderful shaded deck area, and the ideal location for taking walks around the neighborhood or (a few blocks up) on forest trails. Two cars can easily fit on the parking space inside the fenced area and there's more parking on the street if you need it. The floor plan is the best! There are two nice BDRMs upstairs with a full bath and laundry and one BDRM downstairs with a 1/2 bath. Rod has provided every amenity you will need and more - even for a month-long stay, I didn't have to purchase much more than food. I highly recommend.

This was a cabin we spent a lot of time in growing up. We are happy to get to share this space with others in hopes that they will also get to create wonderful memories here.

Why they chose this property

Very cozy and comfortable. My favorite part is spending time in the spacious yard, and observing nature while sipping on some tea. It is a wonderful place to escape, especially for someone like me who now lives in a very fast-paced city.

What makes this property unique

This property has a homely vibe to it and lots of character.
