Come enjoy this luxury condominium in South Padre Island, TX!

Our contemporary 3 bedroom / 2 bath has an open and comfortable layout which includes 12 foot ceilings and panoramic views to ocean front exposure and an amazing pool view that can be enjoyed day and night. Unit 208 is conveniently located on the second floor of Sapphire's South Tower.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a great selection of small appliances. It also offers a complete Laundry with full size washer and dryer. The entire 208 Unit offers complimentary Wi-Fi. Large LCD TV and blu-ray player in the living room and LCD TVs and DVD players in all 3 bedrooms.

The Master Suite combines stunning views and comfy amenities. The luxury bathroom is furnished with marble counter tops, double sink vanity, bath tub and enclosed shower with glass door and marble stone walls. Its walk-in closet offers plenty of organizational cabinetry.

The second and third bedrooms offer spacious rooms, with two full size and queen size beds respectively, each with complete closets for easy organization. Luxury linens and towels are included part of the unit.

The spacious bay side balcony offers great views and a stainless steel outdoor grill.

Ideal for families or groups, our spacious condominium provides a comfortable vacation accommodating up to eight guests.

Guests must comply with all Sapphire Condominium property rules and regulations. Copies of rule book available at Sapphire's front desk and upon request. Maximum vacation rental guest capacity: 8. No additional visiting guests of vacation rental guests allowed during the reservation period.

Check-in after 4pm on arrival date. Check-out before 11am on departure date.

This condo is a non smoking, no pets, and no event parties allowed in the unit.

Main Guest renting must be at least 25 years old.

Minimum 3 night stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Rest of the calendar minimum 2 night stay. This rule may change by Sapphire's HOA at any time.

Special monthly rates available for Winter Texans calendar, please inquire.

Note: Due to Spring Break and Semana Santa weeks, these dates can be rented only to families (parents and their children), and one of the parents must be at least 30 yrs of age. Thank you.

City of South Padre Island STR License No. 2025-0206

VRBO website recently modified the Sales Tax rate to collect. When making a booking, VRBO will collect the State Hotel Occupancy Tax and remit directly to the State, the remaining local sales tax (City of SPI Hotel Occupancy Sales Tax) may need to be collected separately when processing the booking reservation. The rental guest is responsible to pay all applicable sales taxes when completing the booking request and responsible for any changes or updates on future sales taxes caused prior to checking in.

Great Condo Island Vacay

Wonderful, clean, quiet, beautiful condo on the island in an excellent location. We had a great experience throughout the booking process; check-in process; our stay; and the check out process. The condo had amazing amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms with an added bonus of items for the beach. Plus, the beds were super comfy with additional plush blankets for our whole family. Lastly, our host gave us great guidance & suggestions regarding our stay at the Sapphire. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a fabulous stay on the island!

Excellent room and complex. Very professional and personable staff. Manager has excellent communication skills; however, the administrative process is overlly burdensome and was not achieved in an appropriate timeline. It is also heavily dependent upon technology.

Getaway for husband and wife

The Sapphire is one of our favorite places to stay in SPI, but if the property doesn't get busy with upgrades it will be a distant memory like so many other properties along the beach. Our room at the Sapphhire was great overall, but the master bed was horrible!! Also, the AC caused the blinds to rattle all night in the master.

Our new vacation place

Our family vacations every summer to Port A, and this year we decided to try SPI and we were not disappointed. This view over the Sapphire pool is amazing and watching the sunrise from the living room was an unforeseen treat. Splitting our days between the beach and pool made for an experience we haven’t had before. This place had all the amenities you could ask for, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. The only negative issue is the lack of cell service, however, once connected to Wi-Fi the problem was resolved. We will be back every summer.

Great spot, missing some details.

The owners are very kind and extremely accommodating! The property is great, beach access is wonderful and the pool is fantastic. The condo has almost everything you’ll need. We ate breakfast and lunch there every day and had all the utensils and dishes we needed. I would absolutely stay here again but it would be even better with a few added details. The polyester sheets are hot and itchy, especially given that the two smaller bedrooms don’t have great air flow from the a/c. Housekeeping left us 2 tiny bars of soap and 4 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for one week, which was not nearly enough. Lastly, with all the sand from the beach, it would have been really nice to have a broom (the room has a tiny vacuum but it isn’t powerful enough to do a good job and it was clogged with hair).

Wonderful Thanksgiving Trip!

My family had a wonderful thanksgiving here at the sapphire. The location was excellent. Close enough to drive Over the bridge to stock the fridge at Walmart. Every morning I would run on the beach while my kids worked out in the nice gym. Then off to the beach, pool and hot tub for the remainder of the day. Our evenings were spent waking on the beach, sitting in the hot tub and having champion of the pool table matches. Kids loved it. Victoria was very helpful. As soon as I emailed her she replied quickly and was able to answer all our questions. Her place was perfect on the 2nd floor, with balcony facing the beach. Kitchen, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. We were so comfortable which made our trip. Pool was not heated but was very refreshing after the day at the beach or hot tub. We loved our trip. Thank you Victoria! We would love to visit again!

Great Location

Everything in the condo was very clean and just as described. The location was perfect. We came right before schools got out for summer so it was not too busy. The staff around the property were friendly and always working. I did reach out to the manager V Garcia twice during our stay and never got a response. We never received check out instructions. Checkin documents were only sent on the day we were traveling because they were requested. Everything was wonderful on site and in the condo. The management portion was the only thing lacking. I would definitely stay again.

Great family rental!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, had an amazing view and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub by the main pool was broken (very cool) until the day prior to our departure and the guest bedroom linen was too small for the bed (the sheets wouldn’t stay on). We really appreciated the late check out request. I would certainly rent from Veronica again as she was great to work with!

Our condo at Sapphire was great! Clean, plenty of towels and basic needs, even had beach chairs and a wagon which was very useful! The 2nd floor beach/pool view was beautiful. Quick easy walk to the beach which was not crowded at all (October). Outdoor Bar/snacks for sale at the building next door, walkable from the beach. Parking garage was adequate and close to building. Location was great, near several restaurants and souvenir shops and nearby gas station for ice and drinks/snacks. Full size kitchen and fridge was nice to have as we bought groceries at HEB in port isabel on the way in. Washer/dryer in unit was also nice to have to dry towels and such. The only inconvenience was one key card became deactivated but it was quickly fixed by the front desk who also gave us another extra key card. Wonderful vacation!

We purchased our Sapphire condo in 2010 and have enjoyed sharing the experience with our guests since year one. South Padre Island holds many memories for our family and we try to find time to enjoy the beauty of the beach and ocean as often as we can.

Why they chose this property

When I was young my grandparents owned a condo in South Padre and had amazing family vacations. I now share a similar experience with my family. South Padre Island offers some of the best Texas beaches, water activities and vacation time. Our family enjoys the summers in South Padre just as much as we do during the rest of the year.

What makes this property unique

The Pool View from the Balcony, Living Room or Kitchen is totally unique! As a guest you'll enjoy a centrally located view of the Resort's Pool, palm trees and ocean; at night, the Pool and palm trees are nicely illuminated, creating a unit setting to enjoy staying. The unit has been recently remodeled with new decor. It is equipped with all the basic a family will need to feel like home.
