Unit was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed with a beautiful view. Front desk staff and host were friendly and helpful. The location provided easy access to lots of beachfront restaurants and was within walking distance to the Malecon. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Nicely refreshed unit overlooking the pool with comfortable furniture and working TVs for those stay in evenings. The host is local and extremely helpful, offering to help with check in and WiFi password. Javier is easy to get in touch with and is genuinely interested in you having a good time.

Excellent property right in the heart of the Romantic Zone

The property was very well appointed and clean. The property staff was very friendly, and you just can’t beat the location. It’s close to everything we wanted to do and see. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect PV Vacation Place

Everything was so perfect and relaxing, I cannot imagine any more perfect place to stay. Extremely comfortable and safe. Absolute love and recommend this property.

A bit disappointing

Great location as it was beach front…. BLUE CHAIRS resort is right next door so weekends were loud with music till the early hours ….older property and we have stayed at newer like V177 for the same price but the issue was COCKROACHES!!!! Not good front desk concierge was superb but I found it to be too expensive for what it offered

Great stay but some improvements recommended!

The check in was great and easy, they were very accommodating when we requested a late check out due to our late flight which was really appreciated and the unit itself was clean and well appointed. The heater for the pool was unfortunately broken so we didn’t get to enjoy is as much as we were hoping. We have young kids so it was important for us. It also smelled like urine just outside the building which was not pleasant. Hopefully those couple things can be addressed as it would otherwise be a great place to stay.

AMAZING location and value!!!

This property is fantastic. Great view and location. Secured 24 hour entry ensures a safe trip. Pool and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The condo was exquisitely decorated and clean. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and make frozen concoctions. There was filtered water available. It is an open concept hacienda, so no air conditioning in the main area but the ocean breeze creates a wonderful cooling effect. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning as well as black out curtains. PLENTY of beach towels, paper towels, and trash bags. Smart TV in living room and in 1 of the bedrooms. On 2nd floor so you do get some pool noise but the pool closes at 10 pm so it was not an issue. Beach is just steps away. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!!!

Beautiful Oceanview with pool and cockroaches

We recently stayed at this property and had a great experience overall. The ocean view is beautiful, the pool area is clean and relaxing, and the property administration team was professional, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. The unit matched the photos exactly and was very clean upon arrival. The property management team that manages this particular unit was a little slow to respond and didn't seem overly concerned or apologetic about the roach situation.Before booking, I noticed an older review mentioning cockroaches, so I reached out to confirm whether the issue had been resolved. I was told it was not a current problem. Unfortunately, we did have some cockroach sightings during our stay. We reported it, and to their credit, the administration eventually arranged for the unit to be sprayed again. However, the treatment didn’t seem to make much of a difference, as the roaches appeared to be coming from the sink drains.While this was a downside, the rest of the experience was very positive. With more targeted pest control—especially around the plumbing—this could easily earn another star. Sadly - as mentioned in other reviews - some of the other nearby clubs do contribute to the smell or urine when you step outside.
