Amenities include a heated pool, laundry facilities, reception and 6 days a week housekeeping. Cable TV , telephone service and WIFi are available in the condo. There is an unimpeded view of the ocean from the balcony. New appliances, bartop, flooring tile and lighting were installed in 2017.
