Over the river and through the woods.....to Little Beaver on the River!
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home will sleep 6 people. First floor king bedroom with en-suite. Second floor consists of 2 bedrooms (Queen bed & Full bed). Relax in the first floor living room or retreat the the loft for some quiet time. Wi-fi equipped for your convenience.
Out back is where you want to be. With 70 feet of river frontage you can relax in the hot tub, flip burgers on the gas grill, or indulge in a book while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

It has been a dream of ours, to own a home in Pagosa Springs! This house is newly purchased and newly upgraded. We look forward to sharing it with you and your family / friends. We love this home and neighborhood because it's on the river and only 12 miles to Wolf Creek.
Being VRBO customer ourselves, we have looked at this home through our "vacation" glasses and believe we have this home well appointed for your next get-a-way. Whether you want to fish, ski, raft or just hang out, Little Beaver on the River is a wonderful option. We'd love to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

This home is located only 12 miles from Wolf Creek! Ski and return back to Little Beaver to soak in the brand new hot tub. Also, this is one of the only homes located directly on the San Juan River! The sound of the river will welcome you in the morning and relax you as the sun goes down.
