This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room upstairs. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchenette downstairs. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Use of one Golf Cart is included. Ask about 2nd available golf cart. 2nd golf cart available for an additional fee upon request. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CARTS. Short walk or golf cart ride to private community Beach. This pier house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and the downstairs has 1 queen bed and bunk beds. Pull out queen in living room. Sleeps 10. 4 new televisions. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. Large dining room. Great outdoor deck with gas grill as well as outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your day. Lounge at the outdoor adult or children's pool. Close to community center, playground, tennis courts and indoor pool. WiFi and cable TV included. No smoking. Well trained pets are welcome, and the dog park is right across the street. Make sure you register with a pet though. There is a $175 pet fee.

Five out of five stars and here's why: Hassle free check-in, house was exactly as advertised and very clean. Brian was a very responsive host and communicated very well with us during our stay. The location is perfect, close to many stores and restaurants. The golf carts are great and SO convenient. The community is gated and has amazing amenities, such as kiddie pools, splash pad, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, which were all clean and functioning perfectly. The beach is easily accessible by golfcart or short walk and FREE PARKING- huge bonus! Will definitely be bringing my family back in the future and I highly recommend 2015 Bittern to anyone wanting to enjoy Surfside Beach

PERFECT. I cannot say enough about our stay, It was so amazing. Very close to the beach, in door and out door pool, 2 golf carts provided by the owner, made so easy to get around. The house was spotless with a newly renovated kitchen, beautiful deck and plenty of space for our family of 7. The kids love the bunk beds lol. Communication with the owner was flawless. I would highly recommend this location for a beautiful vacation.

There is no inside access to the third bedroom, you have to go outside and down the stairs.That should be made clear in the listing. My daughter spent our two weeks vacation being pretty much separate from the rest of us. When the air conditioning is on enough to cool the upstairs the downstairs is freezing. One couch is cracked on the frame and one chair is completely leaning to one side. As for the rest of the furniture, it looks as though it was obtained from a second hand store. The house was not very clean, sand in the bed, dirty walls and ceiling fans. Everything just seems old and run down. I was pretty disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay

Our host was great communicating everything we needed for an effortless stay. We brought two vehicles and had plenty of space to park. The beach was very close and with the golf cart getting around was very easy. And the kitchen is ready to be test daily as we did. I found everything needed to cook every menu item we thought about. This host is A++ and we can see us coming back again

This house is open concept with full sun all day. We love the sun. We were made to feel at home the whole visit. Cannot wait for next year. As we plan to spend it there Love this place and the owners are awesome

Very Clean and Well Equipped

The house was very clean and had everything we could have ever needed. Brian was always very quick to answer and helpful. Our girls loved riding the golf cart, and our dog loved the dog park! Thank you for a great getaway!
