Welcome to our newly renovated & beautifully decorated beach house, where, as new owners, we take great pride in providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, akin to your own home. We are conveniently situated just a minute's drive from the beach, accessible via our golf cart, within the gated community of Oceanside Village. Our home is located within an oceanfront golf cart community, boasting an array of additional amenities. Notably, our home received the distinction of Home and Yard of the Month in May 2024. New AC/heating unit installed 12/25. Your family will cherish the memories created here. Enjoy the outdoor pools, hot tubs kids splash pad & play area, or enjoying the newly built indoor pool & hot tub. Take a leisurely ride on our included golf cart, providing easy access to the beach area, complete with private parking for Oceanside Village owners and guests. Rest assured that our home is maintained, ensuring your comfort and cleanliness. A new heating and AC unit was installed in December 2025. We also provide five Roku/cable TVs for your entertainment. Our kitchen is fully equipped. All towels & linens are included, along with a washer/dryer. We've also included beach chairs & beach umbrella. You and your family can enjoy a night of grilling utilizing our gas grill. We have a covered outdoor patio with fenced in backyard to keep your pets & little ones in. Complete with outdoor furniture, an eating area, outside shower, and a Roku TV. Our beach house offers a wealth of amenities for your next beach vacation. ⛱️

Stayed here with my husband and brought our 2 dogs. Place is exactly like listed. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the very convenient golf cart and parking lot at the beach. Pet friendly with an empty grass lot across street for pet potty, along with dog park nearby. Enjoyed the patio with fans and TV..will be back!

Property was outstanding. Host was great with communication. Easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. Community is friendly and quiet. Listing is accurate, what you see is what you get and it is nice. I would not hesitate to rent this property from this host again.

The second bedroom had 2 beds, but the mattress les were very hard and was uncomfortable. Loved the covered outdoor area with a large tv and grilling area with a table & chairs. Had parking area in front of home.

This beach home was beautiful and perfect location to the beach and pool. My family enjoyed the enclosed back yard and patio area with outdoor shower. Only complications were with check in miscommunication. Check in is 4pm to home but you have to get your keycard before they close at 5/5:30. That building is not the same as the building you get your parking pass. You will not be able to re-enter the community without a key card. The beach access was great. Recommend eating at the conch cafe right on the beach. We were seated quickly and staff was wonderful. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was 10/10. Other than check in, the property and owners were great. It was a wonderful week. Thank you

The property was just as the pictures on the VRBO listing. The property was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for a perfect week’s vacation. We spent most of the week enjoying the outside yard area! The gated community was well maintained. We made use of the golf cart going to the beach, enjoyed using both indoor and outdoor pools and meeting other dog owners on our many walks around the community. Randy, the property owner, was a pleasure to work with.

Great place very nice and clean if i had any complaints it would be the sheets in the master came off real easy while you was a sleep. But that’s just being picky. I’ll definitely go back to the place.

Location is great, house is perfect for small family. Two sitting rooms make it perfect. The young adults enjoyed the golf cart. We had a really great time and the outside sitting area was perfect after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Time in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Another Day in Paradise. The outdoor living space is comfortable and the decorations are fun! The inside areas were comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated in line with the Paradise theme. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I look forward to going back next year!

Best Vacation

Randy and Evie have a fabulous, clean, and tidy place that is very relaxing and close to the beach. The golf cart is an added plus in getting to the beach. Definitely would stay here again as we had such a good time we didn't want to leave. One of the best places we have stay at.

The neighborhood community was super cute and everyone was so friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. The golf cart was so fun to have and take out for rides and drive to the beach. The pool area was great and we loved going down to the hot tub at night. The house was clean and we loved the backyard area! So great to have it fully fenced for the dogs! Host was responsive if/when we had questions or anything. We loved it!

We are a retired couple married 50 years. We have 3 beautiful grown children and 10 adorable grand children & 2 great grandkids ! We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area. We purchased our dream home here at the beach 2017. We love every minute we are able to spend here and want you to be able to enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this home because friends of ours reside here in Oceanside Village and after visiting with them several times, we fell in LOVE with the area and only walking minutes to the beach! We felt right at home. We dreamt of living by the beach for so many years, and knew this was where our heart was leading us.

What makes this property unique

I think we fell in love with the spacious Carolina Room the most! So bright and cheery! We also love our street and neighbors, it's always calm and quiet around us! And love only five minute walk to the beach!
