This beautifully decorated and appointed unit is the perfect place to relax, romance that special someone or even bring the children. It is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed in the master suite but offers a queen sofa sleeper if additional sleeping room is needed. Two baths are a nice touch, too. Stroll across the street and walk down the beach to enjoy a sunset up close and personal. This is truly a great unit and you will be pleased when staying here. There is also a community pool & hot tub, as well as a designated shared grilling area. Relax, romance and enjoy!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
