The location of the condo was perfect for viewing the beautiful boats coming and going from the marina, and just a short walk to the pools as well. We found it clean and as the pictures showed. Another great week!

We just returned from another great week at Little Harbor. We love how it feels like our home away from home when we are there, and only wish we could stay longer! This was our first time in this particular condo, and a couple small issues were brought to the attention of the property managers that were promptly addressed. The unit was good for us but advertised with washer in unit. It was broke & had been for some time. We did not bring a lot of clothes thinking we could wash. There were 3 coffee pots & none worked well & toaster was broken. All are fairly cheap to replace. Carpet was very dirty& gave unit look of unclean although rest seemed to be

Good Stay, But Needs Updating

The price, location, communication, response times, and resources at this Vrbo were very accommodating. We stayed for 10 days while awaiting the completion of our home and it served us well. I will say that all of our requests were met in a speedy amount of time, however, I feel that with a little TLC, we might not have had to make these requests at all. The condo was not as clean as we expected (dirty floors, rugs, shower curtain, remote controls, pan, soiled dining room chair) and a couple of items were in need of repair (missing blind slats, weather stripping, unhinged door blinds/valance, washing machine tub, family room TV, sofa and chair). In all fairness, most of these items did not cause us any major problems, except the moldy shower curtain, old worn-out sofa and chair, and the TV. The shower curtain was replaced with a brand new one and the maintenance guy even replaced the old worn-out showerhead after I mentioned that it had one speed...high! The TV never worked during our entire stay. There were 3 attempts to troubleshoot with the maintenance guy and cable company but to no avail. The bedroom cable box went off each day and had to be turned on each time we wanted to use it. It was a rainy week! Lastly, the sofa and reclining chair are completely worn out. The chair can topple over easily and both could use a good cleaning or replacement. I felt like little mites were biting me the first and only day I sat on it. Lance, the maintenance guy, was a GEM! He was so friendly and so accommodating! With just a little TLC, I would recommend this stay.
