My sister and I (current owners) grew up in Atlanta and were lucky enough to visit Beaver Creek annually for the past 30 years. We were lucky to escape the hot Atlanta summers to embrace the perfect mountain temperatures in Colorado. We had a blast in the winters skiing, sledding, ice skating and making memories.

This condo is located in the perfect spot with easy access to Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail activities in both summer and winter.

What makes this property unique

We love the open living room for entertaining and family gatherings. It's great that we do not need a car to get around!
