Our single level 1,280 square foot condo, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in Avon Colorado at the base of the west entrance of Beaver Creek Resort. It is all about its exceptional location, with beautiful views of the mountains, providing access to your favorite activities. It is located a mere ten minute walk to downtown Avon with a free shuttle to the ski mountain.

Our condo features all of the comforts of home with access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, underground and outdoor parking and, during ski season, a daily shuttle to both Vail and Beaver Creek Villages. Beauty is in the details of The Ascent. Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, washer and dryer in the home and dark wood floors. This unit stands out from the others with the heated floors and towel racks in the master bathroom. It is truly a stunning unit in the best location of the building allowing views of aspen groves and creeks, rather than parking lots.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
