This Beautiful two-story Town Home is located just steps away from the world renowned Gracebay Beach and is also conveniently located within walking distance to the most popular shopping center, Regent Grand and Salt Mills Plaza area which is home to a host of popular shops and restaurants. The IGA Gourmet Grocery Store is also nearby for your convenience as well as a host of hotels and such. The Gracebay Beach is about a 5-minute walk from our complex and can be accessed by way of a public beach access just adjacent to the Sands Hotel. All beaches in the Turks and Caicos are public so you are surely free to go and enjoy this world-famous stretch of beach, or any of the beautiful beaches here, any time you’d like.

The Town Home is in a secure gated community with plush landscaping and a shared pool. It is beautifully decorated with modern furniture and stainless steal appliances. There are flat screen TVs in each room and a half bathroom is located on the first level. Air Conditioning is situated in each bedroom and ceiling fans are strategically located throughout the home for continuous airflow. There is an additional half bathroom on the lower level which is quite convenient when enjoying the living space. The home also comes equipped with a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a screened in patio on the lower level and a patio attached to the master bedroom. We provide bed linens and bath towels. You are encouraged to bring your beach towels along with you. The home can comfortably accommodate up to four persons (would consider additional persons up to six upon request but not guaranteed). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The entire unit is spotlessly clean and very well maintained as the owners appreciate an updated, clean space and hold it of high importance. The screened in patio leads to a small pathway to the pool area which is utilized and enjoyed by Palmyra residents. This is a lovely outdoor space to soak up the sun, unwind and just chill. It also has lounge chairs for your use on a first come, first serve basis.

If you are looking for a home away from home with the convenience of being close to all the action yet at an affordable price, this is the place for you. You will love it!

Nice house, good size for two couples, with comfortable living room for us all to relax and spend time together. Nice saltwater pool shared with the neighbors, but not ever busy, mostly quiet. The house is in a convenient location in grace bay, short walk through the sands hotel to get to the beach. Full kitchen with all the tools needed. Host was great, response time was quick, we had a hiccup on check-in and was resolved quickly with no problem with phone call.

Great townhouse near Grace Bay beach

This is a great townhouse. The 4 of us had plenty of room for relaxing and sitting by the pool. The house was clean and was as nice as it looks in the photos. Check in and out was easy. 10 minute walk to the beach, shopping area and many restaurants. We hope to come back and stay again.

Perfect Place to enjoy Provo

We are a family of four who stayed for six nights. The townhome is very large and with the two outdoor space there was plenty of space to spread out with our teenage kids. The townhome is in a great location to walk to the beach, the town, the supermarket, and the Fish Fry. Communication with the owner was perfect and she saved the day when I locked the keys in the house. There is a solid cooking set up and a coffee maker so we did brunch at the house before the beach.

Amazing stay in paradise!

We absolutely loved this Townhouse!! The pictures do not do it justice; a beautiful space, walking distance to everything in Grace Bay and Bight Beach. The salt water pool/courtyard is super beautiful as well, if you're feeling like staying in. There is an ocean view from the primary bedroom balcony, which is super peaceful to lay out on and feel the ocean breeze. Cannot recommend this Townhouse enough! Iquita was a great host, very responsive, and even helped set up our transportation from the airport. 12/10, highly recommended!!

Absolutely earful place. Not at all as advertised.

Rooms are dark. The property looks like it’s in an abandoned war zone. Service was awful. Owner was not helpful at all. Avoid this place. Terrible experience.

As we meet all our guests upon arrival and departure I regret that you did not express your concerns during your stay or at check out so any issues could have been addressed. We make it our priority to be available to all our guests and as such you were no exception. We take pride in the upkeep of our townhome to ensure guests are comfortable. The surrounding grounds are also well kept and maintained daily. I would like to reconfirm that our property comes just as advertised/pictured as we do not practice being misleading or dishonest. Our townhome is located in a grouped gated community with other surrounding townhomes and as such is not abandoned. The rooms are airy and bright with the master bedroom having a big sliding door that leads out to your own private balcony and the second bedroom has two windows. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains if you prefer to use them and sleep in. We regret that this review is not a reflection of the true nature of our townhome. Nice Property near Loud Event Venue

The property was lovely. The Distillery House is a nice event venue next door to the property. Five of the six nights we stayed coincided with events featuring loud music. The types of music varied. All were too loud to allow sleeping. Some ended by midnight, a couple went well past. One highlight was a power outage which lasted 20 minutes around 11PM that restarted afterwards with less determination. Sorry to have to tell truth.

Wouldn’t you like to be in a townhouse?

My adult daughter and I rented this townhouse for 9 days. Although it is a few blocks from the beach, it was well worth the walk to have the luxury of so much space. The master bedroom has a lovely private balcony, a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a shower tub combo with plenty of light and space. Downstairs the kitchen is well appointed, the breakfast room is very comfy and the living area is roomy and comfy. The sunroom is delightful and leads to the private pool. We particularly enjoyed picking up grilled lobster at the grocery and preparing lobster pasta in Iquita’s kitchen. We went on a few wonderful trips, the 8 hour snorkel and the glow worm cruise were two of them, we arranged pickup at the Sands which was perfect. I would definitely stay in Iquita’s property again.

Excellent family property

A really nice townhome in a beautiful private complex. The house is nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything you need . The pool is 10 steps outside the covered sunroom and Grace Bay beach is 7 minutes walk. The location is also very convenient to walk to the restaurants and shops. check in and check out was seamless . The property description is very accurate and the owner Iquita was very helpful with recommendations. We will be booking the property again

Pool was fantastic. Balcony and sun porch amazing. View ocean in the distance. 10min walk to Salt Mills shopping. 5-8min walk to beach. Would be great if the owner provided beach but we had to buy them to take to remote beaches. Location slightly off the main road - a bit secluded. Bed very comfortable.

Spacious townhome in great location

Super clean! Plenty of towels and pillows too. Beds very comfortable. Quiet location. Good view of pool from both upstairs and downstairs patios. At distance you can even see the ocean. Nearby supermarket and entertainment (although I recommend a car to get around the Island). TV's in both bedrooms and living area. Kitchen well equipped. Townhome was bigger than the pictures indicate. Great communication with property manager at all times. I highly recommend for families looking for more room and the convenience of a kitchen.

The town home was lovely, clean and very comfortable. It was well located for restaurants and stores and the walk to the beach was less than five minutes. Iquita was accommodating and very helpful. As a heads-up, you would need to bring salt, sugar, coffee, and cooking oil.

Turks and Caicos Grace Bay

The VRBO Townhouse was a great place to stay. The pictures on the website were exactly like the actual townhouse. The condition of the exterior and interior are very well maintained. Great location and short walk to both Grace Bay and the center of town. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the townhouse. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Th point of contact during our stay (Iquita Williams) was extremely helpful. She met us upon our arrival and throughout the week she reached out to me to see if I had everything and if there was anything she could do to assist me. She arranged taxi's for us as well as assisted us in making reservations for a dive excursion. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Turks and Caicos; very relaxing and quiet with all the amenities of home with a perfect location.

Stunning, perfect location, great hosts!

The property was spotless, perfect for 2 couples. Loved the pool for the non beach days, the walk to the beach was 5 minutes and downtown to all the shops and restaurants was 10 minutes. Iquita was always a text away, and provided excellent communication for any questions we had. We enjoyed the beaches, the snorkeling to iguana island. Mr Grouper's restaurant was our favourite, the Thursday night fish fry was fun. Rental car is definitely needed to see other parts of the island or get groceries. There are no beach chairs but you can certainly make do without or Iquita can get you some.

Loved the location and safe, gated community, pool was very refreshing and right outside my patio door. Iquita was very helpful with any questions I had. When I got there, I realized I forgot to pack my hair dryer. I texted her to ask if there was a shop nearby where I could buy one, and she brought me one herself that same night. Wow! I would definitely stay here again!
