I can't say enough great things, and I have nothing negative to say. Everything was clean and so comfortable, with several great areas to make memories. The view of the boats passing by while sitting on the upstairs patio, the fantastic fire while barbecuing or sitting by the fire in the family room. We had such a wonderful time and thank you!

This house is stunning! We celebrated a birthday with friends over a long weekend and had the most amazing time. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances and had everything we could possibly want to cook gourmet dinners. The view is incredible, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Great location. Couldn’t have been any more pleased with this property.

Maine Girls Trip

The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was close to cute shops and great restaurants with quintessential Maine scenery all around us. The only thing I’d mention is that the house sits verrrry close to a road and a parking lot on one side and we did hear trucks early in the morning as well as fishing boats as they left the harbor to head out for the day. It certainly didn’t detract from the beauty of the home, and we would absolutely stay there again!

This home is extremely beautiful and clean. The location could not be better. Great Maine Get Away

Great property. Lots of room and within walking distance of a nice restaurant. Very close to downtown, but without the traffic. Jamie was very responsive if we had questions. House was neat and clean with an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed the living room fireplace and enclosed porch on those cool May mornings.

3 day seaside stay

We had a lovely stay in this spacious seaside home that was true to it's listing. We enjoyed amazing views, well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, plentiful kitchenware, and wonderful outdoor spaces (outdoor grill, fire pit and accessible beach). Close proximity to shops was nice as well. Check In was seamless and host responded in a timely fashion to any inquiries. Tight parking would benefit from a closer trim on shrubbery/trees. Overall I give this house a true 5 out of 5 rating.

Adorable spot!

Beautiful home and views. The firepit out back was wonderful for relaxing evenings outside. The shrubs and tree are not cut down like you see in the photos though so if you're sitting, you cannot see the water. A few items were missing/empty but Jamie got them to us right away! There is some cute shopping and a coffee shop right across the street otherwise the main shopping/restaurants are about a mile down the road. Acute spot for our short family vacation!

From the minute I found the house on Vrbo, my experience was nothing short of amazing! Unlike many properties you find online, this house was exactly like the pictures, not one single disappointing thing about this property! From the first moments booking the property, Jamie was unbelievably warming, welcoming, attentive & hospitable to every one of my questions & needs & went above and beyond to make sure we were all enjoying our stay. 10/10 will be booking again for all future getaways to Maine!

Our Family Reunion Stay

Our reunion was 15 years in the making. So, this was an important vacation for us. The house is just as portrayed online. Very nice, comfortable beds, clean and kitchen is fairly well equipped. For people traveling with children - do note that there are no games, puzzles and only one sand bucket! We left one of the games we bought there for the next family. ;-) The property manager is very responsive. We would stay here again - just come with more toys!

Sensational 60’s! 🎉

This was a getaway for a small group of women who’ve been friends for 45+ (some even longer 😁) years. Every 10 years we’ve gone away together to celebrate a milestone birthday. Ocean Pointe was just the quiet luxury we were looking for in a destination. The home was beautifully appointed and in close proximity to town, beaches and restaurants. It was a lovely spot to relax and catch up over a glass of wine, read books and share memories whilst making new ones. The only challenge was parking, difficult for the 4 cars we had. The manager was prompt in supplying a few missing amenities. Overall a lovely spot that we’d love to revisit in future.

Beautiful home on the tidal river with sunset ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautiful and well-appointed, and communication with the property manager was easy. The views of the water were absolutely gorgeous, and it was a cozy place (loved the gas fire and outdoor fire pit) for a quiet February stay. We particularly loved the shelves full of old books, and read a few during our trip. Things to know: - Kennebunkport is very quiet in the off season. This didn’t bother us, but if you want lots of shopping, you may want to go during the warmer months. The important things (cafes, small grocery, the shop for fresh steamed lobster just across the street) were open. -Showers only- no bathtubs. Wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be hard for those with small children.
