Three minute walk to one of Southern California's most beautiful beaches! This recently remodeled, very attractive, air conditioned 3-bedroom, 2 bath beach house is one half block from the sand and has beautiful wood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and master bath with large shower. The balcony overlooks Balboa, and is accessible from both the master suite and the landing at the top of the stairs. It allows guests to take full advantage of outdoor beach living - perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a sunset cocktail.

The living area is open to the kitchen and the front patio and has a large flat screen TV. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs with a new stainless steel BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends!

We loved staying here. Great location with it just a block away from the beach. WiFi was a little slow so if you need to work while there, could be difficult. But it is perfect for a relaxing and fun beach vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was around the corner from the beach and the Ocean Front Walkway. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The kitchen was nicely equipped with plenty of utensils, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Great spot with garage parking available and plenty on on street parking available.

Great location, well stocked home with everything you need for a stay in beautiful Newport Beach. Owner very responsive. Deck and patio are nice for relaxing. There can be some traffic noise during commute hours if the windows and screen doors are open. So close to the beach and walking path! Perfect to walk out and use the provided beach chairs for incredible sunsets!

This home was perfect for our group of four! The host was awesome—very communicative, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. The location couldn’t be better—just one block from the beach and conveniently situated between Balboa Park and the Newport Pier. The bay is only a few blocks away, perfect for paddleboarding or biking over for a quick morning adventure. This was our second stay here, and we love renting bikes for the week, which makes everything easily accessible without needing a car. That said, the garage is great for parking or storing bikes. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back next year!
