About this property

Charming victorian, walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and wineries.

100 year old Victorian, once lived in by Robert Mondavi. The house is down the street from the popular Farmstead Restaurant and walking distance to wineries and downtown St Helena. Enjoy all that the wine country has to offer from the comfort of your own home, while enjoying the pool, spa and barbecue. This home has been enjoyed by the owner and her friends and family for over 25 years.
My home has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens.

Please note that there is no AC or Heat in the loft or living room of the guesthouse. There is central HVAC in main house (new unit installed in 2021) and a split unit in the bedroom of the guesthouse. There are also ceiling fans in master bedroom, and in both the bedroom and living room of guesthouse.

**Please make sure to read my house rules. My house is in a residential area, and I have one of 25 legal permits in St Helena. No more than 6 guests allowed at the house, so if you are there for an event, my home is not allowed to be used as a gathering place. Please be respectful of the noise level after 10pm.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If there is excessive trash and food, please take out. Trash cans are halfway down the driveway. We do encourage putting recycling in the blue can (no plastic bags).
If time permits, start a load of towels. It helps my housekeeper when there is a lot of laundry to turnover the house for the next rental.
Please lock all doors, close all windows, and turn off the AC in both the guesthouse and house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect my neighbors and the 10pm cutoff for using the spa and pool. I am a permit holder, and must abide by the city rules.
The fireplace is non-working
No more than 6 people are allowed to stay at the house, and if any rules are broken, your security deposit and stay may be at risk.

This 100+ year old Victorian has created amazing memories for so many. When I lived in the bay area, I would spend every weekend at my house, with guests from all over. Everyone who has stayed here feels my home is such a special place. The convenience to walk to town is huge bonus. No need to get in the car, if you don't want to, plenty of restaurants and wineries near by. I know you'll love my home as much as me and friends and family do!
