Kenai Lake House...private, lake front home

- Private, one level, lake front ranch style house
- Quiet location away from the crowds
- Two cozy, private bedrooms
- Two newly updated bathrooms
- Fully-equipped kitchen
- 1 cabin (Cranberry Cabin) sleeps 2 and is available for an additional $51.50 per night.
- Propane and charcoal BBQ
- Washer and dryer

Our Master Suite has a king size bed, sitting area, Smart TV with DVD/Blue Ray player, a collection of DVDs, and and an ensuite bathroom. Wake-up to a glorious view of Kenai Lake!

The additional bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed and access to the second bathroom.

There is also a separate cabin available that sleeps 2 people with a queen size bed. The cabin has electricity, no running water, and a lake and mountain view.

Having been to nearly 30 countries, I can easily say Sylve’s Lake House is one of, if not ‘the’, most beautiful places in the world. With an Ansel Adam’s worthy view, it’s peaceful, well preserved but close enough to town should you need anything. Sylve could not be more accommodating and we look forward to a return trip.

Beds were soft and very comfortable. Linens and towels were luxurious. The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This place was perfect for our stay. Recommend for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Accommodations is all and more. Seen a few moose in the mornings which was awesome when drinking your coffee. Had a fire 1 night. We all had a great time, if we come back this would be the place to stay.

The Perfect Base for Seeing the Kenai Peninsula

Sylve’s home is cozy, well kept, and in a beautiful location. Can’t beat morning coffee looking at a lake and the mountains — from the kitchen window or the beach a few steps away!
