This charming beachfront cottage with a large tiled great room and access to a large screened porch. Electric fireplace in living room. Covered parking and boardwalk to the beach. This is a great, comfortable beachfront family and pet friendly home.

Floor plan: First level-Living Room with fireplace, sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and sliding glass doors that open onto screened porch; kitchen, dining, full bath, Bedroom 1-2 twins; Bedroom 2-Queen bed, TV, VCR and full bath. **Pet friendly, max quantity and type required; additional fees apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
