Uninterrupted views of Hat Head Beach to Smokey Cape with bush access through the National Park to secluded Connors Beach. Creatively designed 3 bedroom house with master bedroom wing with ensuite and private deck. There are two other bedrooms both with access to decking with views of the beach and National Park. Creatively designed 3 bedroom house with master bedroom wing with ensuite and private deck. There are two other bedrooms both with access to decking with views of the beach and National Park. Open plan living and kitchen where floor to ceiling windows take full advantage of spectacular views.

The bedding configuration involves 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite, the other two bedrooms each have 2 singles beds - (noting that in one of the rooms the singles are designed to fit together to make a king size bed).

Hat Head is renowned for its fishing and whale watching being the closet point in NSW to the Continental Shelf. Fantastic location for surfing and swimming with access to the beach for 4WD enthusiasts. Panorama is an excellent base for exploring the National Park and the many deserted beaches.

Hat Head is a secluded location surrounded by National Park. The town has a basic general store & bottle shop, a coffee shop and a licensed bowling club. The closest greengrocer is in Gladstone which is a 10 minute drive, and large supermarkets are located in Kempsey.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view backing on to the National Park. We had great weather and walked around the headland, along the coastal walk and swam at the creek and beach. Loved sitting out on the deck eating or reading.

An inclined driveway meanders up to an impressive, probably architecturally designed home on galvanised stilts. Parking the car in the adequate driveway the next adventure is a slightly inclined timber path to the main entrance. Once inside there are stunning views over Hat Head & up to South West Rocks, through floor to ceiling windows. Rooms are large all with views, kitchen in open living space again with views or watch TV. Huge main deck with smaller ones off of bedrooms. House design probably is impressive & quite modern features which may be well ahead of when it was built- impressive. We were earlier check in & Helen was very accommodating.

THe property was excellent, spacioius, clean and wonderful views. Owner provided very helpful information ahead of time. Only probelm was the weather which was foul, not the fault of the property! We did lots of cryptic crosswords while looking out at the rain, still nice.

We had a lovely time at Panorama. The house is modern and spacious with beautiful views over Hat Head. The property is a decent walk to the creek and beach (up a very steep drive), but the walk is worth it for the views. The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The view is hard to leave!

The views from this house are spectacular. Sunrise, trees, coastline, stars and shining lighthouse! It's private and peaceful. You won't want to leave - so go fully stocked so that you only have to leave for a walk or swim at the beach.

We loved Hat Head - a very special and spectacular place - and Helen’s home. And Helen was a great host: responsive, helped us organise quality linen etc. Thank you! We will return, no question. (Our only wish was for wifi/Netflix, but network was mostly very good.)
