Cool off in the private pool, 23x11 feet with a 4.5 foot depth and available with optional heating year-round.

This inviting ground level home brings your whole crew together with two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, a game room with full size pool table, a covered patio, and a screened porch. Gather around the split-table seating for up to 16, plus counter seating for six. Enjoy movie nights on the 65 inch smart TV in one living room and a 42 inch flat screen TV in the other, each with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms offer comfortable space for everyone. Off the second living room, two king bedrooms suit parents or couples: one with a private full bath and optional twin bunk beds, the other with an attached bath that passes through to a twin bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids. Off the game room, three queen bedrooms round out the layout, including private and shared-bath options connecting to the first living room.

Parking for 5 vehicles. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. This home has High-Speed Internet/WIFI available for guest use. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February)

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
