The inviting living area features a comfortable sofa and loveseat, perfect for relaxing with your favorite shows on the TV with cable and DVD player. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze, or unwind in the sunny enclosed sunroom, where a sleeper sofa and pocket doors provide an additional private sleeping space.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a peaceful place to recharge with a TV, generous closet and an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks. A hallway with a stacked washer and dryer creates added privacy between the bedrooms, while the second bedroom is conveniently located just steps from a full bathroom. After a fun-filled day on the beach, cool off in the charming rooftop swimming pool or relax while taking in beautiful coastal sunsets and warm evening breezes. The rooftop pool is open during the summer season and closed from September through May.

Reserved garage parking is available for one vehicle. (Oversized SUVs and trucks may not fit.) Designated parking spaces are designed to accommodate two standard-size vehicles. Larger SUVs, trucks or oversized vehicles are limited to one space only. The maximum vehicle height clearance is 6'5". Oversized vehicles must fit entirely within one marked parking space and may not extend into adjacent spaces. For additional details, please refer to the check-in information.

High-speed Internet/Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and the building offers elevator access for added convenience and accessibility.

Please note: There are exterior security cameras located in the parking garage.

Please Note: Per HOA requirements, the community's designated pest control vendor performs scheduled treatments on the third Tuesday of each month. Property access is required to complete this mandatory service; however, guests are not required to be present. Guests will receive at least 12 hours' advance notice via email, text, or phone prior to entry in accordance with Tybee Vacation Rentals policies. We appreciate your understanding as these routine treatments help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
