An East Beach property without the East Beach price tag.

This property is only a short stroll to the Surf Club, fish and chips on the corner or a morning coffee at Charlies on East and is a great choice for families looking to spend time surfing the waves and enjoying Port Fairy life. Need a break from the beach? Bring the footy and nip over the road to the footy grounds while the little ones burn some energy at the playground.

The house opens into an open plan relaxing and comfortable living/kitchen area with polished floorboards. The living area also has a reverse cycle split system.

The 4 bedrooms are simple and comfortable, slide between crisp clean linen for a deep and restful sleep after a hard day the beach. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, making the house perfect for more than one family.

Double gates lead to a large outdoor area for multiply cars. Or make use of the wide rolling grass with backyard cricket or footy.

Property is in a great location near the beach; it's clean, spacious and comfortable in all respects, except for the fact that the single beds (in two of the rooms) are not suitable for adults. The matresses are bad and the beds generally need replacing with something more comfortable.

Thanks for your review and feedback. We do agree that the house is a great option for East Beach, always popular with families. We do find that beds are very much a personal preference and although we have never had a complaint on these one I did email the owner with your feedback and suggestion of replacing the mattresses.

Would definitely stay there again if a couple of extra things were done there

Beautiful location just wish there was a dishwasher and internet connection as the mobile service was very ordinary there

Lovely little break post-lockdown

The house was lovely and situated in a really good position near the beach, fish and chip shop and just a few minutes’ walk to town. All in all a lovely trip away to a place filled with amazing places nearby to explore
