Perfect location - A short walk to everything!! Just steps to the soft sands of beautiful Fort Lauderdale Central Beach or stay at home to relax by the heated pool. Lounge on the dock under shady palm trees while viewing magnificent mansions across the waterway and watching yachts cruise by.

Small 30 Unit Gated Complex - Safe and secure with double keypad entry. Pleasurable mix of owners and repeat renters who are always welcoming to new guests. We all greatly appreciate and take pride in our community, thus like to share that experience with others.

First Floor - The lush green grass and tropical plants create a botanical garden setting out the front door. Convenient easy in and easy out to the pool, dock, grill and laundry room.

An open airy space with large blinded windows providing plenty of natural light as desired. Porcelain tiles throughout with freshly painted neutral colors that are accented by crown moldings. Tastefully decorated with wall art and decor for feelings of comfort.

Bedroom - New premium king bed and mattress for quality rest. Six drawer dresser with plenty of space. Attached walk-in closet for hanging clothes or storing travel items.

Bathroom - Modern sink, vanity and high toilet. Full walk-in shower with fixed seat and safety bar.

Kitchen - Recently renovated fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances. Complete for daily use. Equipped with glass electric stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator and coffee pot. Newer pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glasses, mugs and dishware. Pantry is off the hallway for additional food storage. There is an outdoor gas grill conveniently located by dock.

Dining Area - Glass table with comfortable cushions and high back chairs. Fixture with adjustable lighting.

Living Area - Sofa and loveseat with ottoman. 42" HDTV with AT&T U-verse. High speed WI-FI internet.

Newer AC/Heating units in living area and bedroom for accurate temperature control. Ceiling fans for constant air circulation and alternative cooling.

All that I had expected from staying at harbor house in the past

Nice property on first floor. I’ve stayed in different condos there about five times. All were nice. There is an advantage being on the first floor where you do not have to bother with the elevator. Everything we needed was in the condo and Victor was very easy to work with. I definitely would recommend this for your next stay

Beautiful condo with the perfect location!

We stayed at Victor’s condo for one month and did not want to leave! On the beautiful intercostal and only one block away from the best part of Ft Lauderdale beach with great food,drinks, and live entertainment ! The condo was very neat and clean with everything needed for a beach stay : towels, chairs,cooler, etc. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back again next year to visit family and get away from the PA cold! Perfect! Ideal!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The condo and everything about it. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything we needed for several great weeks! Even a sewing kit. Great neighbors. Great location. Quiet. Great relaxing pool and lounge area on the waterway. Grill, too! Only one block away from the ocean and beautiful beach! Walk to restaurants, CVS, shopping. Easy and close access to the bus and trolley and water trolley! The owner was absolutely fantastic. I could go on and on with positives about Victor and his place. And the extra kind things he helped us with. A great person with a great place. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. This was perfect.

April in Ft. Lauderdale

Our stay at Harbour House was a positive experience. We had a few cleanliness issues, but there were sufficient cleaning supplies available and we made short work of them. The location was great, especially on the ground floor which made coming and going very easy. The people were very friendly, both the permanents and the renters. Fishing off the dock was better than expected; many snappers, flounder and one very angry moray eel. (My thanks to the residents who assisted me with the unhooking of this critter!) The weather was surprisingly very windy but still nice and warm. You could walk to everything and everywhere. Plans are underway to return to this destination next year. Thanks Victor!

November 2016 Stay

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay in Victor's unit. Perfect condo, nice set up with large living room, very comfortable bed and a full kitchen. Location is great, have coffee in the morning by the deck, just walk out the door and you are there to watch all the yatchs go out to sea. Beach a block away, we rented a car but you really don't need one with everything so close. It was a perfect vacation, weather, location and the accomodations super. Victor was also very responsive to any requests we had. We will be back next year. Can't beat this spot.

Peaceful Easy Feeling

This was by far the most worry less vacation stay ever. The unit had everything and I mean everything one would need for the perfect stay. Starting with the entering of the unit for the first time and seeing the beautiful way the condo was furnished and how clean it was. Everything from wine glasses to beach chairs was there for your use. The waterfront location, pool and grounds made for a very relaxing experience. The ocean and restaurants were an easy three minute walk away. Add the fact that the airport was at most twenty minutes away, made this a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying at this unit to all interested.

Outstanding Stay in an Outstanding Location

I stayed here for two months while relocating to S. Fla. First, Victor is wonderful. He's responsive, kind, and truly cares that your stay is the best. The unit was spotless when I arrived. It was well stocked with everything someone would need. It was nicely furnished. It's also a quiet, peaceful setting. The location is perfect, just one block from the beach. I enjoyed the pool and after my swim, I relaxed in a lounge chair overlooking the intracoastal water way. If you want a very nice condo in a perfect location, then this is the place. I couldn't have been happier.

Beautiful condo & amazing location!

We were in town for Tortuga Music Festival and this place was perfect for us! Close enough to take a cab from the airport and within minutes to the beach, CVS, bars and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Victor was very helpful leading up to our reservation. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Lovely Condo in a perfect location

For those who don't know Fort Lauderdale, if you are looking for a great location, you can't find much better than this. It is minutes from the beach but enjoys a view of the intra coastal and a lovely pool where you can lie and watch all the stunning boats go by. 6 minutes in a cab and you are at Galleria Mall and when it is time to leave you are about 13 minutes from the airport. This was rented for my parents who were here visiting me on vacation and they loved the condo and the very welcoming and friendly community. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very spacious with a nice walk in closet and air conditioning throughout. Would definitely use it again. Vince is very helpful and friendly too. Beautiful place perfect location

We enjoyed our staying at this place, the location is just perfect, everything is close, the condo is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything you need and more!

We were so extremely impressed with the condo, and the location was excellent for us! Just a block from the beach, and the bay is literally right outside your door. The condo was decorated wonderfully and was well stocked. They even provided a cooler, beach bag, and two beach chairs! The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning worked great! We enjoyed cooking with the nice cookware and utensils. It just seemed like they spared no expense. It truly was a 5* experience! Highly recommend!

Costumo ir a Fort Lauderdale duas vezes por ano e já estive em vários apartamentos. Este, para mim, é o melhor! Estive lá por 2 semanas e foi maravilhoso! A localização é excelente, muito próximo da praia e da Las Olas. A praia é ótima! O apartamento tem tudo o que você precisa e é muito aconchegante, você se sente em casa. A área de lazer é muito romântica, pois você pode e ver o pôr do sol e a lua tomando um champanhe! O proprietário, Victor Milani, é uma pessoa confiável e te dá todas as informações necessárias antes da sua chegada. Recomendo esse apartamento e não vejo a hora de voltar.

Great location! No car needed!

Close enough from the airport to take a cab and no car needed during our stay! Cvs around the corner has everything needed. Cafe del mar a block away provided us with great food and awesome entertainment with live music. None of this compares to the beautiful beach one block away with gorgeous sand and crystal blue water. At night on the dock it was so enjoyable to sit with a cup of tea while watching the yachts go by. A great stay on the first floor,steps from the pool and grill!! We will be back!

I appreciate everything that Fort Lauderdale has to offer visitors of all ages and interests. The gorgeous year round sunny warm weather allows for an abundance of outdoor activities. Long beaches with soft sand, shady palm trees and blue waters are a perfect place to be. The vibrant A1-A ocean strip is host to many restaurants for any taste of food or entertainment.

What makes this property unique

Fort Lauderdale Beach has seen a great resurgence of travelers from all over the world. What used to be known as "The Spring Break Capital", has now become a family friendly and mainstream adult vacation destination. High end hotels and luxury real estate properties continue to develop. Yet, local government and private investors have worked to preserve history of the once Classic Deco Era. Tucked amidst the 5 star resorts and million dollar homes are boutique motels, parks, original estates and properties like that of Harbor House North. It truly is a very special place to enjoy and come back to year after year.
