This charming home has everything you need for your stay in Louisville. Recently remodeled, comfortably furnished and located within 5 minutes of several restaurants and shops. Main level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a full bed with en suite bathroom featuring a luxurious garden tub. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back deck, complete with table and chairs, and a gas grill. A great place to rest your head after visiting the local sights including Churchill Downs, the outlet mall, museums, and more! Very convenient highway access to down town yet close to grocery and shops (less than 1 mile).

I loved the area and property--my husband not so much.

There was not one dresser in the unit, therefore, we were forced to live 'out of a suitcase' for 10 days. Each bedroom needs some sort of cabinet or shelves for folded clothes. Rooms are small but something should be provided. TV VERY limited and no major news channel. We sorely missed FOX news! I have no issue with "black TV situation comedy" but 24 X 7 is a bit too much--also 24 hr. of Criminal Minds. We saw some comedies from the 1950's which my niece enjoyed--Archie Bunker--really? In this world, I would assume most people expect cable TV! The washer and dryer were as expected but, the location was inconvenient. At the ripe old age of 75--carrying laundry up and down a very steep group of steps is difficult. It is also wise to supply scissors, tape, paper etc. to guests for their convenience. Not a necessity, but sure helpful. Would also suggest some sort of information on A/C unit as we did not know how to adjust the thermostat. We had only upstairs AC for first 3 days. We found owners very responsive--Graham was extremely helpful and efficient. I appreciated his quick response to the blown fuse. My husbands cord was fried but not worth worrying about. A replacement will not 'break the bank'. The home is settled in a quiet community and very convenient--clean and well kept.

Very happy with the accommodations. Beautiful home, nicely furnished, great location/ neighborhood. My buddy and I were very pleased with our stay. Would highly recommend and if we ever come back to the area we'd definitely book again

out of town family for birthday gathering

Plenty of room for four of us 8/10-18; five of us for two nights and six for one night. We all felt at home in this very cozy house. Loved the patio table for morning tea/coffee. House is furnished with sheets, towels, blankets and all kitchen dishes and utensils. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Louisville

Best stay in Louisville ever!

I have rented several homes in the Louisville area over the past several years for an annual event. This residence was in a great, quiet, and well taken care of neighborhood. The house was perfect for our needs. The hosts were very hospitable and answered any questions promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

Great for out of town family

The house fit our needs well. Will consider this property again when we return in 2 years.

Overall it was great! The griddle pan needs to be replaced and the shower upstairs didn’t work but we made due. Thank you for offering your home for rent.

Great stay

Second time staying here and both times were great. The location was perfect for my friends and I. Nice to have a outside patio to hangout. Had a issue with the lock one night and owner responded quickly and fixed it the next day. Would definitely stay a third time.

Beautiful home in a lovely and convenient neighborhood. The tub was a definite plus after a long car ride! Convenient to the bourbon trail and day trips to Lexington, Bowling Green, and Bardstown. Helpful owner with fast responses to questions. Would stay again!
