Why they chose this property
In 2008 we were looking for a little biscuit box summer house, but when this United Church came on our radar, we couldn't resist. Since then we have spent every winter restoring and renovating the building into a modern residence and retreat space, while retaining the charm of the original design. We've often been told "you'll never get it back", but this is simply not true. We get so much enjoyment from seeing the space thrive and flourish, from being here ourselves, and from knowing that guests are making many special memories every summer. We get it back in spades.
