Open 3100sf White Water View, Pets Welcomed, No Stair Entry

The Pelican's Nest is a stunning 3100 sq.ft. custom home which displays quality throughout with Beautiful White Water Views. The interior is built with clear, finished white cedar and displays three 8'x8' skylights and large windows upstairs to bring in the sun, moon and the stars. Downstairs begins with a spacious foyer leading to a large gourmet kitchen with room for several chefs to create wonderful meals. Fresh fish may be purchased locally for a special treat. NO STAIRS TO ENTER OUR HOME. ONE BEDROOM AND BATH ON GROUND FLOOR WITH KITCHEN, DINING, TV ROOM and BACKYARD ALL WITH OUT CLIMBING STAIRS!

The dining table has two leaves to expand to 8' to accommodate your group. In addition we have a breakfast bar that will seat 3 to 4 others. There is also a private fenced courtyard with an entrance from the kitchen making barbecues and outdoor seating easily accessible.

Downstairs there is a smart TV off the kitchen. The TV has AppleTV and all of the major apps including YouTubeTV. In addition, the first floor has a full bath with a glass and tile shower and a bedroom with 2 queen beds.

On the second floor you will find the living room. Make yourself comfortable on our large couch and enjoy views of the ocean. This expansive room features skylights and a gas fireplace for a quiet relaxing day or romantic evening. You will also find a new 50' SMART Flat Screen Television with AppleTV and major apps.

One of the suites features a large deep soaking tub. Take a long bubble bath to relax and pamper yourself after a day of golf, shopping, beach combing or just having fun on the Southern Oregon Coast. This room has one king and one twin bed. You will also find a skylight over the king bed!

In the second master suite you will find a comfortable queen bed along with another twin bed. This full bath also features a glass and tile shower. Pictures of every room can be found on the 'FEATURES' page.

My family and I enjoyed the stay in Bandon and this beautiful home. This VRBO was a short walk to the beach for morning and evening strolls on the beach. The communication was excellent and the owner provided a list for activities great places to eat. Great experience and will stay here again in the future.

We have stayed here previously and love the house and location. It accommodates multiple family members and our two dogs with a fenced in backyard. The upper sitting area is extremely spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Beach access is an easy walk.The owner was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this lovely, spacious home.

My wife and I stayed here with a good friend for 4 nights. The house is lovely. Rick has it equipped with everything you need and is without a doubt the best host we've ever had in a rental. He immediately responds to any email and could not have been more helpful and friendly.The house is beautiful, well kept and in a wonderful quiet location a short walk to the beach down a quiet lane. Face Rock Beach is just up the road and town is 3 minutes away. We have come to Bandon every year for the past 45 years and this was easily one of our best stays!

Wonderful Stay

Great Beach Vacay!

My husband and our kids took a road trip out to OR where my Aunts lived. We wanted to spend part of the time at the coast and Rick's place was perfect! It had plenty of room to accommodate all of us and our dog. The property is very bright an only a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend a stay at Pelican Nest!

We loved our week long stay in Bandon for a work trip! This house met our needs perfectly from the fully equipped kitchen, laundry and fenced yard to the beach access right across the street. This stretch of beach is quieter and more beautiful than others! Having a pet friendly rental for our trip was great, loved the dog towels at the doors and the hoses to rinse paws. We will stay again if in the area in the future! The host was extremely helpful and easy to message with as well. Oh and super fast internet for my partners work calls. We loved it!

We have been coming to Bandon since 2000 with our children and have enjoyed every second. In July 2015 we became the proud owners of the Pelican's Nest, a home we have enjoyed in the past. We look forward to sharing our home with our guest and hope they find Bandon as beautiful and relaxing as we do.

What makes this property unique

Some of the many things we really enjoy about our home are the views from the living room where we can sit or lie on the couch, watch the water and/or read a book. I always seem to fall asleep though listening to the waves and enjoying the sun and light through the skylights. When the weather permits sitting out on the deck is delightful and there are times during the whale migrations that we sit with binoculars and watch the whales pass by. Also, the sunsets are magnificent. Our dining area, kitchen and TV room all open up through a large glass slider to our fenced, private, wind protected backyard where we enjoy nice BBQ's on our Gas grill. The beach access is just two doors down from our home and we love to take dogs and walk for miles. During minus tides the tide pools are unbelievably full of sea life. Bring your camera!! Vina and I also enjoy the many whitewater views from our home through the many large picture windows. The openess of our home allows great spaces for entertaining large groups.
