About this property

Great Unobstructed View of the Ocean

By the Sea vacation rental is a fully furnished, three bedroom, 2,800 sq. ft., custom-built home with skylights and vaulted ceilings. It has a great unobstructed ocean view and easy beach access across the street. And that beach is THE beach where Circles in the Sand events take place.

The main floor includes a formal living and dining room with ocean views, a large kitchen, a family room with a wood stove, a half bathroom, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a bonus room. The second story has two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with an ocean view and soaking tub. The other bedrooms each have a queen bed.

The house has a double car garage, patio, large backyard and a south facing deck for great sunsets, high-speed Internet access, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a stereo, dishwasher and phone with free local calls.

Some special features of the house include By the Sea owner and Oregon artist Bill Kelsay's art throughout the house, room for everyone to have their own space, playroom/game room with lots of space, swivel rockers with ocean view, and a kitchen equipped to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 6.

We love this house and we know you will love it, too. Many return renters refer to it as "their beach house."

We had a great stay! We loved the location with the Face Rock View Point right across the road. We walked along the beautiful beach for several days. The house is quite large with several living area spaces. We were there during Thanksgiving and appreciated the big kitchen area with everything we needed for our meal.

Exceptional rental

Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Location is perfect, right across from Face Rock. House is large and has 3 different seating areas, and comes stocked with details (high chairs, books, music, games, etc). The whole family was super impressed and we had a wonderful time there.

Well-situated, spacious property.

Really clean, spacious and well-situated property. Was perfect for 3 guys playing golf for a week as well as being able to utilize the beach which is a stone's throw away. Had everything we needed and then some.
