Lovely family vacation

We loved the place and the views and ocean sounds were unbeatable. Very quiet location and had everything we needed. The pull out bed was not good-- would recommend a foam topper for use.

Great Condo. Great stay

We loved our stay at the condo. The view was amazing and the condo was perfect. Although we got some rain during our stay, the lanai made for a perfect place to watch rainbows. Everything you would expect in a stay were provided. Communications where very good. Highly recommend!

Good value for the money. *Amazing location with dramatic views from both balconies overlooking Kapalua Bay.*Nice walking paths (including to pool and beach).*Surrounded by really good restaurants and markets.*Comfortable bed *Chat service was helpful, friendly and responsive.Downsides include *Musty smell and dated interior. *TVs are small.*Pullout couch dominates the living room unless you fold/unfold every day.*Electrical issues - we had a tv short out and our devices often would not charge.

Great location for exploring Maui

The house had everything you may need to spend a day at the beach. Also has everything you need for making meals at home. Large walk in closet and two vanities was such a nice thing to have. The location is so great and the neighborhood felt super safe and was kept super clean. Also had the best view. The property was a little outdated but truly has everything you need.

Beautiful property, but noisy early in the morning.

Great property and management company. It is on the second hole, so 5am mowers a couple of days. In addition there are property gardeners and construction starting between 6-6:30am 6 days a week.

Kapalua Ridge

The condo was comfortable but showing its aging. A minor issue occurred and was dealt with within hours. We have stayed here before and aware of no a/c, don’t need it, now, you must sign several legal documents. These condos were built in 1980, of course there is wear. Drapes dirty and carpet needs to be replaced. Location and view and pools are why we stay.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay overall. The views are fantastic and the constant breeze through the house were great (you don't need AC at this location). The house was plenty big for a family of 4 and we used the balconies often. The home is located off the 2nd/3rd hole of the Bay course at Kapalua. It was fun to go up to the tee box and watch people tee off on the 3rd tee. Other families had left beach chairs for the house which was awesome to have. We left 2 boogie boards that should be available you to you as well. The beaches nearby are top notch and there are a lot of solid restaurant choices. The only issue we had was later in our stay some small ants did appear in a few different places in the house (we didn't spill anything). Just be aware that could happen, the property manager said this is the tropics and it happens...

Great Unit, Beautiful View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit many times, and we love our experience each year. It has a spectacular view and is close to our favorite snorkeling spot: Kapalua Bay.Needed Improvement: It's an old construction and has had modest upgrades over the years. One needed improvement is replacement of the master bedroom ceiling fan. It makes an annoying and loud "TICK-TICK-TICK" ALL the time, whether on or slightly moving from the wind. It disturbs our sleep, even with ear plugs. We've experienced this annoyance for the last several trips and would very much like to know it has been fixed!

Fabulous Unit! We've stayed here many times and love it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Ridge Villa Unit 1422 - we've stayed there several times over the last few years! Great location, spectacular view, comfortable, and well cared for! There's one maintenance item that really needs attention: the ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom needs to be replaced. It makes a VERY LOUD "tick-tick-tick" noise when it's on and even when it's off while the winds rock it slightly. Ear plugs aren't enough to sleep peacefully. We've heard this loud tick on each of our last three or four stays, and finally decided to reach out and hope for it to be fixed. On this recent JUN 2021 stay we were able to temporarily stop the noise by draping three bath towels on one of the blades. That caused the whole fan to pivot from vertical to the side and the tick noise stopped. If you'd like to call me to discuss our maintenance request further, please call my cell phone at.
