I , Richard grew up in San Antonio TX and have been married to Olivia who is from Mexico for 38 years and have one son who is in his thirties and works as a doctor in Dallas, TX.I have been managing rental properties for 25 years and have did short term rentals three years ago on a duplex .three years ago. I just started this March 2019 renting out the upstairs Apt with Kitchenette.
Why they chose this property
We decided to renovate the upstairs area of our two story house because my wife and I only use the downstairs part of house. Because of the location of this home we are centrally located to Medical Center and most City tourist attractions .
