Nicht bekommen was gebucht war

Leider können wir die gebuchte Ferienwohnung Villa Danex Katoro 2 ☆☆☆☆ nicht bewerten, da man uns ohne jegliche vorab Information einfach in der Villa Danex Standard im Ortsteil Punta untergebracht hat.

Hallo Kerstin, die Wahrheit ist, dass Sie statt der Villa DANEX KATORO 2 (Umag) ☆☆☆☆ die Villa DANEX STANDARD 2 (Umag) ☆☆☆☆ bekommen haben. Es war nämlich ein KOSTENLOSES UPGRADE von unserer Seite: das heißt größere, bessere und teurere Unterkunft zum gleichen Preis. Und viel näher am Meer, so dass Sie sicherlich in keiner Weise beschädigt wurden und jederzeit mit einer sofortigen Rückerstattung abreisen konnten, wenn Sie nicht zufrieden waren. Der Grund für den Umzug ist eine unvorhersehbare Situation, das heißt der Schaden, den unsere Gäste der Villa DANEX KATORO 2 (Umag) **** gemacht haben und den wir leider nicht sofort reparieren konnten. Ansonsten werden wir, wie ich Ihnen gleich sagte, immer unser Bestes für Sie und alle unsere Gäste geben. Aber Sie können von uns keinen kostenlosen Aufenthalt verlangen oder uns in irgendeiner Weise erpressen. Ebenso bitte ich Sie, künftig nicht mehr die Unterkünfte zu kommentieren, in denen Sie überhaupt nicht übernachtet haben. Das ist wirklich nicht fair oder korrekt und nützt niemandem. sehr schöne Wohnung, in guter Lager. 5 Min. bis zum Hafen, aber auch nur 5 Minuten zum Strand

Tolle Wohnung mit genügend Ausstattung. Lage ist top, man ist schnell im Centrum (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss) und auch sehr schnell am Strand. (ca. 5 Minuten) Supermarkt kann auch bequem zu Fuss erreicht werden.
