**This unit is not available for senior week/college group rentals** Enjoy both ocean and bay views from this southern-exposure, luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo. Beautifully appointed with decorator furnishings and designed for comfort, this spacious unit offers every convenience, including free WiFi, four TVs, a DVD player, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach and close to popular restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, this condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests can also take advantage of the rooftop pool and exercise room—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the condo, building, or on the property. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.
