Almost 100% newly constructed/remodeled with high-end materials, the house is modern, beautiful, and simply designed to provide a peaceful atmosphere. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, family room with TV and gas fireplace, second story deck with lots of good ocean views, kitchen with a breakfast nook/bar, large dining table, back patio for BBQ-ing and relaxing, etc. Master bedroom is private and huge with walk-in closet and marble in the bathroom.
Just a few minute's walk to the beach, the lighthouse, cafe, golf course. A five minute drive to downtown Pacific Grove, with coffee shops, restaurants, theater, gift shops, bank, post office, etc.
