Great place

Home was great! Pool table/media room was such an incredible place for all the kids/teens to hang out! The rooms worked incredible for 2 families

Yeti magic

We loved returning to this property! After 17 years it was still great! Great ski in and out and also well stocked with cooking gear. We love the place!

Amazing property!

Great place, very well equipped, nice view. Quiet at night, peaceful. Would be nice to have A/C for the 30-35 degree weather, but otherwise we had a great time.

Great Getaway

We had a great weekend away with three families. We appreciated how well the house was equipped, particularly the kitchen (Crock-Pot, electric griddle, etc) and the amount of towels. It has an incredible view from the living room/deck, viewing the stars from the hot tub was special. It's only a short walk to the hill. The only thing that slightly annoyed us was a "staying fee" that wasn't included in the original quote. We would consider this property again for a trip to Silver Star.

Cleanliness

Had a wonderful stay and the host Lindsay was fantastic in sorting out any of the small problems we experienced. However the house was not at all well cleaned with cobwebs, old receipts tucked behind cupboards from December and crumbs under the settees. The hot tub was so cloudy and dirty and needed the water changing to get it back into a suitable condition to use. The quality of pillows, sheets, and bedding was well below what we would expect. We had to spend a long time cleaning the BBQ before being able to use it. The settees look very old and the fabric is no longer clean. A lovely house but could do with a little update

Snow Yeti August 5-9, 2020

The property was everything we expected. It was fairly clean (some dust in hard to reach places) the rooms were big and all had bathrooms. The Queen bed was the only issue with beds. it is pretty worn out and may need to be replaced. The oven took a long time to heat up but worked. There were also some screens missing from a few windows. Over all it was a great place and we enjoyed out time there

Silverstar Wedding and Snow Yeti

The Snow Yeti was the perfect setup for the Grooms family to not only house our family of 8 adults and 3 children but to host the rehearsal dinner and brunch on Sunday. Overall the place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. A couple of areas needing repair are #1 the cabinet under the kitchen sink had no handle and just a screw sticking out which we removed for safety reasons and left on the window sill #2 the carpets were a little stained and not very clean and #3 the entry had no outdoor light and was dirty and the hot tub deck was in very poor shape with the concrete eroding. We swept up a pile of loose concrete so we could use the hot tub. #4 Fridge was small capacity and bar fridge did not work. If these areas were repairs we would definitely recommend the Snow Yeti to friends as well as book it again ourselves. Overall we had a great weekend so thank you so much. Candice Giddens and family😊

The deck and carpets are scheduled to be done between the summer and winter season, so if you were to return to Snow Yeti they would be complete.
