An Absolute "Gem"...This home is truly remarkable! What it lacks in fancy upgrades, it makes up in charm! It is the perfect Savannah getaway. Ideally located in a family friendly neighborhood, you can access downtown 'Historic Savannah' or the beautiful beaches of Tybee in less than 15 minutes. It is the perfect place for peace and relaxation or it will serve you well after a long day of touring and shopping!
This property has a great floor plan with 2 bedrooms ~ walk in closets, 2 full baths, living room, family room, bright sunny kitchen with dining nook. There is a full size washer/ dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, plates, silverware etc. we provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for beach use... Eliminates you having to pay beach rentals!!!!
When not at the beach, you will want to head into Savannah!
Savannah is such a popular destination spot due to its variety! You can visit "Historic Savannah" ... There are multiple tours offered. You can sign up or do your own mobile friendly self-guided tour at your own pace! Tybee Island is extremely popular with Captain Mike's Dolphin Tours, the Tybee Museum, and the amazing Tybee Lighthouse. Tybee presents 'Movies in the Park' monthly in the summer months. Labor Day at the beach is filled with sun and fun ending with fireworks from the pier!
This is our private retreat when we stay in Savannah! We would love to share it with you. There is such 'good energy' in this house. It is simple, cozy, and affordable! We look forward to having you as our guests!

This is our second stay here and we love the convenience of the location to Savannah State University when we come in for Homecoming celebrations at the University. Kroger is right down the street and the house is easy to find. Host communicated very well and we never have any issues at all with this place. Clean and has all items you need to prepare your own meals if you want to and beds are comfortable and clean linens as well. We will always seek this place to rent when going to Savannah. It’s our go-to place…

Great Location

Cheryl was extremely nice and let us check in early. The check in/ out process was easy and straight forward. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for about 7 weeks in February and March. The house was great, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was pleasant and quiet, the location was perfect for us - right between Tybee and Savannah. Cheryl was extremely helpful, gracious and responsive to our questions. We would definitely like to stay here again!
