This spacious vacation home has three bedrooms with two amazing master suites, one on the main level and the other one on the 2nd level! The main level master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and work desk. The master bathroom has a tile walk-in shower, tub, and double sinks. The second master suite upstairs has a king bed, work desk, and walk-in closet with a balcony. The suite bath has a walk-in shower, tub, double sinks, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and flat screen.

All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps and shampoos. Views for Rent kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of a home. When you would rather eat out than in, there are plenty of great restaurants located nearby. The living room area is furnished with a large flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure, as well! The loft upstairs is ideal for entertainment! A place to hang out and chill with a mini kitchen. A large sofa sleeper, huge flat-screen Apple TV, I-home stereo, and DVD player. Smart TVs are signed into Netflix for guests. This home includes a variety of board games for family entertainment. All TVs in-home are upgraded Catch TV with equipment. They have HD channels, DVR and fast internet. You will also enjoy the private 2-car garage.

We didn't stay at the property much because we were out hiking a ton! But when we were there it was perfect! Plenty of space for our family to do their own thing after spending all day together. Rooms and bathrooms were clean when we got there which is always super nice. Loved this place would 100% recommend!

Great place!

We came to St George with our group of friends for several days to explore Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Our friends really enjoyed staying at that beautiful condo. It was very clean, cozy and nice place with fantastic views. Comunication with owners was wonderful and helpful. We will defiantly come back and stay at that place to explore more beauty of parks.

Amazing Property w/ Incredible Views!

We rented this property for the 2022 World Iron Man Championships. The layout and location were absolutely perfect! We especially loved that there were 2 master bedrooms (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs) with the 3rd bedroom being a large queen room, as well as two separate gathering areas. The kitchen had an awesome layout and was well stocked with every amenity. My friend and I also enjoyed playing golf at Coral Canyon (the patio overlooks the #5 hole) This is a perfect space for 3 adult couples looking to explore neighboring national parks (close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon. We will definitely be back!

We ran out of propane one evening and forgot to call until late afternoon the next day. We figured the replacement would be delivered the following day. They got it to us in time for dinner that night. The community facilities are nice. It was fun watching the golfers tee off right in front of the condo. My family also enjoyed the pool. The location was excellent - about 30-45 minute from Zion. We also visited Bryce Canyon, Las Vegas and the Northern Rim of the Grand Canyon. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting Zion.

Be wary of owner

I rented the unit for 90 days as part of a fitness vacation for our family. The property has comfort, space, and is well appointed. The decor is a dated. The management company responded to maintenance issues promptly and the clubhouse facilities are fine. However, as soon as I rented, I was contacted by the rental management company stating they needed to schedule "check-in visits because of the length of the rental and the nervousness of the owner. Well fine...I thought. Then, when I arrived I found out there is no garage opener or outside keypad which is a pain. Further, there were numerous warnings posted in the unit about removing shoes, keeping the thermostat at a particular temperature, etc. The downstairs master did not have good light blocking so I had to rig curtains not to be awoken at 6 am. I also had to buy pillowcases to use all of the pillows. The real kicker was the owner's inflexibility. My son got Covid and returned home after quarantive. Then I got COVID. I asked after 60 days to be released from the rental when I got sick. The owner spewed some nonsense about not wanting to do the longer rental in the first place but did not let me out of the rental. I strongly suggest you exercise care in renting this unit and make sure you build in some type of illness clause because the owner is inflexible even after receiving a 60 day rental at full rates. There is no way that the owner would have rented 60 days in the same time frame. Most of the units around me were empty except for the weekends and some holidays. So, in short, the house is fine - however, take care to negotiate any cancellation reasons in advance. You will get no latitude from the owner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. It was a relaxing and fun getaway for the family. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, bbq, and area. We also enjoyed visiting Zion which was about 45 minutes away. Overall great trip and much needed vacation.
