DiamondView

Wonderful property and very well appointed. Spa not working for the week that we stayed there, even though we reported the problem, no help came. A small fridge in the downstairs kitchen would be very useful

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, regarding your recent stay at our Diamond View property. I am pleased to hear that you found the home to be well appointed, however I am sorry for the issues you faced throughout your stay with regard to the spa. Apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused as a result of this. This was certainly not the experience that we wished for you to have. We did contact our pool team to have them assist - I am sorry to hear that they did not communicate with you regarding the situation and this has been discussed with them to ensure it does not happen again going forward. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback and suggestions for improvement regarding the home. The addition of a small fridge downstairs will be passed onto the property owners for consideration and we will follow up as they deem appropriate. It was a pleasure having you stay with us and we would love to welcome you back again in future, so please keep us in mind for your next peninsula getaway.
