This is our favorite place to stay at BBR. The views of the lake are stunning and it’s so relaxing and peaceful. We love sitting out on the back porch and just soaking it all in. My kids love the bunk beds and being able to run around the lake. We will definitely come back next year!

We have visited Black Butte regularly for many years. We tried a few other rental properties, but this has been our favorite and we return here every time! The interior is spacious and comfortable, with all sorts of little comforts provided. There is a beautiful and peaceful view of Aspen Lake. The pool is a short bike ride away. We plan to return! :)

Great visit

The home was lovely and the location perfect. It had everything you need for a great stay. Felt like we were staying at a friends home vs vacation rental. Can't wait to come back.

This is an absolutely beautiful, well maintained perfectly located home. We would certainly love to return and rent it again someday in the near future. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful, and the home itself has everything you could possibly need for preparing meals and then enjoying them in the spacious dining room. We rent homes mostly in Palm Springs, and Carmel for our family getaways. We would rate this on our list of the top favorite five homes that we have rented over the past 15 years..

This house is amazing. Clean and wonderfully furnished. My favorite spot was the 2 leather recliner chairs in front of the 3 windows that overlook the lake. Nicely stocked kitchen for a cook like myself. Wonderful and comfy beds. House is very quiet and cozy. Teresa was a wonderful host. Very prompt with her replies and excellent communication before check in. No questions needed with her detailed information. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful place. We really didn't get a chance to utilize all there is to do here, but I would definitely recommend this rental. It has all you'll need.

Fabulous weekend getaway

We had a delightful weekend and are already hoping to plan a visit again. Everything was thought of, home was well stocked and things were in excellent condition (very easy to cook in the kitchen, had everything we could have wanted). Home was beautiful and provided a wonderful weekend away.

Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property and setting. We liked that it was at the end of the row of Cabins and that it was so beautifully decorated. Great use of space for looking at the lake, visiting in front of the fire, or playing games at the large, square dinner table. Fantastic beds, too!

This house was lovely, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From little touches like spare toothbrushes (so handy! our daughter forgot hers) and cozy blankets, to the gorgeous furnishings and beautiful interior design/layout the home was both comfortable and appealing.

I cannot recommend this property enough. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious rooms and bathrooms. It doesn’t feel like a normal rental that often have low quality appliances, furniture etc. Teresa has everything stocked so well from baking ingredients to extra toothbrushes, bug spray and games galore. It truly feels like you’re staying in a family’s home not a random rental. Also I highly recommend staying on aspen lake. It’s such a beautiful view and a fun thing for kids to explore. We will definitely be staying here again!

WISH IT HAD BEEN LONGER

Most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. And we have stayed in a lot of BB homes. We would rent this house again. Everything about it from the time it was booked was exceptional.

Great

We had a great stay. The host was easy to communicate with, the house was everything we needed. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our kids, they had their own space while my husband and I had ours downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, everything worked how it was supposed to and the check-in/out process was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.
