Great location however accommodation very weathered and tired.
Great location, very roomy, could do with a larger lounge not just a 3 seater, and generally could do with a little tlc.
kitchen and crockery not very clean, shutter blinds broken, and bedroom air cons need attention .

Lovely property just not that well cleaned and some broken items
The place is so old and rusted, it looked like it has not been cleaned or refurbished in over 2 decades!

long weekend
The resort itself is beautiful, perfect for a young family, however the townhouse itself could of been cleaned better, the tiles in the kichen were sticky & greasy, there were ants on the bottom level & you couldn't lock the front door from the inside (which is very scary & dangerous if tou have a 2yr old child.) The view from the main bedroom balcony is beautiful, but unfortunately we didnt really go up there as the table & chair set was usless as you couldn't sit on the chairs (both chairs were unusable, they need to buy new ones. For the price we paid I expected more from the house. The location is great as you are close to so many beaches & shops.

The need to pick up keys from Nelson bay feels unnecessary. When we arrived we found scaffolding covering the external of the building, the scaffolding restricted parking and had to walk small children through the scaffold, felt like a construction site. Could not avoid the scaffold. If we had known then we would have arranged alternate accommodation. Inside much of the house was dated and not well cleaned, some of it with old stains that won’t come out. The images on on the oven cannot even be seen to know what setting or temp it is onThe blinds in the room were broken upon arrival making it impossible to close properly this meant the rooms could not be darkened at night. One of the panels even fell out hitting a 9 month old on the head causing a cut and bruising. The doors upstairs cannot be closed without excessive squeezing waking young children. The stairs were also very loud to walk on, I understand the age of the building can’t be helped but it was well over the top.The lack of supplies left at the house is very poor. Even basics such as cooking oil are not supplied and the amount of other supplies means more money needs to be spent just to do basic cooking and cleaning. The port Stephens accomodation group claim this is part of being eco friendly but it feels more like an excuse to save more money by the provider. This and other reasons make this the last time we will stay in a property with this groupThe tech in the house is also incredibly outdated

Great little apartment, however it would have been nice to have a washing machine and kettle to make my morning coffee! Apart from that it was a nice little stay.

I was a little hesitant about booking this property as I
had read recent mixed reviews. I'm so happy we booked! The booking agents for this property were highly professional and communicative, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and check-out.
The townhouse itself is perhaps showing signs of its age, however, it was tastefully decorated and clean and absolutely met our expectations for four star accommodation.
The lagoon style swimming pool is right off the property's courtyard and is approximately 1/2 kilometre in length. It's an absolute dream!
We enjoyed breakfast poolside at the resort-style restaurant and it was incredibly difficult to believe we weren't in Far-North Queensland or a Fijian resort. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and the service flawless.
Our stay was just a weekend getaway to relax, refresh and recharge. This was the perfect place to do just that. We'll be back!

Reviewer Comments:
Dirty and unclean kitchen and all rooms, dishwasher and dryer was not working, beds were not made, BIG and FLYING cockroaches everywhere.
We recently returned from this property. Whilst the resort and pool is beautiful, this townhouse was disappointing. The barbeque has fallen apart, burners are rusted and it is a fire hazard, it's not useable and is dangerous.
The chairs on the upstairs balcony have large holes on the seat and are unusable. The glass on the upright lamp is cracked all the way through, sitting precariously and sharp. There were cockroaches in the townhouse. There was brown liquid dripping from aircon unit in second bedroom and the unit in the main bedroom (above the bed) leaked intermittently. The main bedroom only has a double bed, not a king and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The dishes and bowls were dirty, presumably because the dinner plates are too big for the dishwasher meaning it doesn't spin when they are in the dishwasher. There are only two remotes for 3 aircon units so one remote it shared upstairs and downstairs. Garden is overgrown and outdoor area was dusty and dirty. The oven and the rangehood have not been cleaned in a very long time and were filthy. We endured 6 nights at this property and left a day early because we couldn't do it anymore. It felt very unloved and desperately needs some attention. I have photos of the items which need rectification if the owner or property manager would like them.

Didn’t really live up to the advertisement
Stayed at this property as 4 adults over 3 nights. We always enjoy staying at this resort but the standard of this property let it down. We’ve certainly stayed at better maintained properties at this resort. Mattresses need urgent replacement. Many of the springs were gone in the main and single beds. Main bedroom has a double bed not a queen as advertised. The mattress is a cheap brand Bedeezee that was manufactured in 2007, so it is well overdue for replacement. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. Spa bath in the bathroom was not functional as advertised. We were only able to get one burner on the BBQ working and there was no outside light in the courtyard so you are unfortunately dining and cooking in the dark at night. Foxtel reception failed for an entire day of our stay. There are plenty of apartments available at this resort, so it might be worth checking out other options that offer a better standard of amenities.
The property is amazing. The interior design is beautiful and the pool is spectacular. There were some bugs but we expected it as it is Australia. The batteries in one of the Air Conditioning remotes don’t work but everything else is wonderful. We will definitely be staying again.

Cozy town house, pool side, nice interior
Happily fits a family of 4. Pool side, so easy to get in for a swim.
At present he restaurant is closed, which is a shame, hopefully they’ll reopen soon
Some kitchen wares like the microwave could do with an upgrade, and the toaster sparks when popping up. Cupboard space is a little limited if you wanted to have your own food. Otherwise the kitchen is fully serviced.
Decor in the townhouse is nice, layout works well.
We’ll be back.

Lovely property, comfortable, great service. Great size for a small family. After the first night we discovered the DVD player didn't work, they replaced it for us the next day. We'll definitely stay here again!
