Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, Robyn. We’re delighted to hear that you and your group enjoyed the beautiful home, comfortable beds, spacious living areas and well-equipped kitchen. It’s also lovely to know that you appreciated the outdoor entertaining area and the fantastic location within walking distance of Dutchies Beach. We do, however, wish to clarify a few points regarding the amenities mentioned in your review. I recall our telephone conversation during your stay regarding the missing tea towels, which we promptly arranged to have delivered to the property. However, at no stage during our conversation were we advised that the shower gel dispensers were empty or that a bath mat and hand towel were missing. Had these additional items been brought to our attention, we would have happily arranged for our cleaner to attend and replenish the shower gel dispensers and provide the missing bathroom items, just as we promptly addressed the tea towels. We always encourage guests to contact our office with any concerns during their stay, as our team is more than happy to assist and rectify any issues wherever possible. Unfortunately, we cannot address matters that we have not been made aware of. We certainly agree that the smaller details are important, particularly when guests are looking forward to a relaxing holiday, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Thank you again, Robyn, for your feedback and your lovely comments.

Hi Dion, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay. We truly value hearing from our guests, as it helps us improve our service and ensure a better experience for everyone. We're sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the TV in the main living area. Unfortunately, this was not reported to our office during your stay—had we known, we would have been happy to assist or provide a replacement immediately. Now that we're aware, we will arrange for it to be assessed and replaced if necessary. Regarding the cooktop, we understand that it may have initially been locked on arrival. Once this was addressed, we didn’t receive any further communication, so we assumed the issue had been resolved. Similarly, we weren’t notified about the dryer during your stay, but now that you've brought it to our attention, we will have it checked and serviced or replaced as needed. I also sent a cleaner back to the property to address your concerns, but there was no mention of the BBQ at the time. I apologise if it wasn't up to standard and we will ensure it's thoroughly cleaned going forward. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us to identify areas for improvement and ensures future guests have the best experience possible. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again under better circumstances. Stay Port Stephens
