This beautiful condo is just a stone's throw away from the beach with beach access located across the street. Monte Carlo is a low density and very well maintained gated community on Gulf Shore which overlooks the bay and Vanderbilt Beach. Amenities include a community pool, covered parking space, tennis and pickleball. Even has a Dock with a lift. Walking distance to La Playa, The Ritz Carlton, and Turtle Club. New Stove and Dishwasher already installed not in pictures. Owner lives walking distance to assist with any issues. All utilities included with Wi-Fi. Walk in Master Bedroom Closet.

Escape winter

Well maintained condo complex very short walk to beach, even carrying beach chairs. Saw dolphins twice in canal directly off our back porch. Owner lives in complex and was quick to respond with any concerns which were very few. TV needed technical assistant and was fixed next morning. Great location in N Naples. Get fried oysters at Mr Big Fish. Would definitely come back. Host/owner most helpful.
