Nice place

Great location, very close to the beach. It could use updating over all, the beds are very uncomfortable and the cleaning could be a bit better. Overall, it is worth the stay.

Great girls weekend away

This property was perfect for a quick weekend away for me and 5 friends. The property was plenty big and was within a short walk to the beach. The house also offered many beach amenities, such as chairs and umbrellas in case anyone forgot theirs. I would rent this place again.

The Perfect Placr

We absolutely Loved staying here. From the amazing location, to the breathtaking views and Quivk access to the beach. It truly is the perfect spot! It has Tons of beautiful rooms to move around in or to just relax. Mark is an amazing host with quick answers to any questions you may have. We are already hoping to book our next stay here! It’s Amazing!

Relax and Enjoy!

Great location. We love the Black Pelican. Very easy access to the beach. Overall a nice condo and a great place to unwind!! Vinny’s Pizza Joint is a Fantastic place for pizza and subs. We would definitely return. Cheers, David & Amber

Girls Getaway!

We are 3 long time friends who have vacationed together for many years in the OBX. We had a great time...the townhouse was in great shape..the location was perfect and the pool was wonderful! We were so happy to have good weather the entire time even though it was really, really hot!! We hope to do this again next year!!

The house was well maintained. Very clean. Close to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Couldn't ask for anything better. I definitely recommend it. I will stay here again if I go back to area.

Great stay in the Outer Banks

Mark made it very easy to check in , stay, and check out. The location is across the street from the beach, which is what we wanted. Very comfortable lodging with room to stretch out and decompress. Mark also has beach equipment that was fun to use.

Wonderful Accommodations

My friends and I rented this condo for a Girl’s Week. The owner contacted me, before our trip, to give me instructions on how to obtain entry into the condo through an app. We did not have to make an extra stop at a realtor office for keys; it was super convenient to just go right to the condo. The condo, itself, was immaculate. It had every amenity you would need for a beach vacation. The views were amazing, the pool was fabulous, and the walk to the beach was super close. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. A couple things to note is you need to provide your own linens and towels and there are two flights of stairs to climb to the top living area; the first flight to the bedrooms and then the second flight to the main living area. (I didn’t see the stairs in the pictures.) Overall, the condo was everything we could have asked for and we had a wonderful time!

Had a great trip!

The house was the perfect spot for us! A very short, easy walk to the beach which was right across the street. Also walking distance to fun bars and restaurants. Shopping was a short drive as well. The house was even bigger than I expected and already came stocked with some supplies. We had a wonderful time!

Exactly as promised!

We couldn't have asked for anything more. You can see the ocean from the windows and can walk across the parking lot to the beach. There was lots of space for all of us to do our own things or come together. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with equipment to make meals if you chose. There are also restaurants to walk to if you prefer that. It was a great experience.

Great place to stay!

We traveled to the outer banks to visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial and several light houses along the coast. The location of this property was perfect! Mark was wonderful about addressing questions and concerns that we had about the property. We walked to The Black Pelican for dinner one evening which was excellent. The building where the restaurant is located has surprisingly close historical ties to the Wright Brothers. We also had a fun afternoon sipping cocktails at Hurricane Mo’s which is also within walking distance of the property. Access to the beach is just feet away from the unit. We rented linen through Ocean Atlantic Rentals to keep the after trip laundry to a minimum. We also booked in-home massages through Windswept Spa in order to start our relaxing stay off right. We’d definitely recommend this place as your home away from home.

Great Location

This is the first time our family has stayed in a house instead of a hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The house is in a great location and included everything we could have possibly needed and more including beach chairs, umbrellas, and corn hole boards. The house was very clean and well maintained.

Perfect location for a beach get away!!

The host was super friendly and answered any and all questions promptly. A quick walk across the road to the beach, my kids had SO MUCH FUN. Can’t beat this location !

Location, Location, Location....JUST PERFECT

Just perfect spot for our family of 4. Great Views from both kitchen table window and Deck. Really short walk to the beach, and many restaurants that did great take out. ENJOY!
