Located in the exclusive community of Boulder Ridge, our townhome offers 4300+ sq ft throughout 3 levels that is pure mountain Luxury in an open floor plan with designer crafted décor with Vermont appeal. Included is a chefs kitchen with Viking appliances, multiple master bedrooms, a home theater, bar, game room featuring a shuffleboard and foosball table, two gas fireplaces, Wine Room, and private Hot Tub to take in the breathtaking ski trail views.

Our location is ideal, about 100 yards from Mount Snow’s south entrance road, approximately half mile to the Sundance Base Lodge, a mile to the main base lodge, and about 3 miles to the Hermitage Club Ski Mountain. Within minutes from dozens of restaurants in West Dover, and approximately 15 min from the quaint town center of Wilmington with additional restaurants and activities.

Our Home blends incredible luxury with Mountain ski style from the moment you pull up in front of our home. A slate covered porch and private ski locker are available for your skis and boards after your day on the slopes. Upon entering the beautiful slate tiled entry way and radiant heated hardwood floors open into the main floor Great Room with a beautiful 20 foot field stone gas fireplace, newly updated living room with incredible views of Mount Snow, you can actually watch the skiers/boarders as they fly off the jumps and perform. The formal dinning space seats 10 at the beautiful country farm table and 4 more at the bar while opening up to the chefs kitchen. The Chefs Kitchen is second to none with top of the line stainless steel Viking appliances, 6 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, build in microwave, dishwasher, granite counters and breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stocked with, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and to round out the comforts of home, a Keurig coffee/hot chocolate maker, Panini, Crock Pot and Waffle maker.

The top floor has 2 bedroom suites with balcony opening to the main level. The roomy Master Bedroom suite has a walk in closet, tiled shower, large jetted soaking tub and his and hers sinks. Enjoy the new Mountain rustic King Bed with views of Mount Snow and a 60” Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom on the top floor is our Queen Suite with two new elegant mountain style Queen beds, and full bathroom right outside the door. The main floor master suite boasts a Queen Bed and a full bathroom. The lower level accommodates two bedrooms, the first our bunk-room with two sets of bunks and a pullout twin. Our lower level bedroom suite overlooking the patio, hot tub, and views of Mount Snow and has a Queen and Twin daybed with a full bathroom right outside the door.

The lower level turns our Ski Home into an entertainment dream for all, with high ceilings, walkout slider to the Hot Tub, and even incredible views of Mount Snow from this level. Enjoy the second stone gas fireplace with and home theater TV and surround sound, full bar, Wine Room, and new shuffle board, foosball table, and Arcade game with all favorite 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s boardwalk video games.

Please note this property has multiple video cameras that monitor the exterior of the property. There are also multiple thermostats in the home that have built in Amazon Alexa voice control, that will listen to audio in the home and speak based on questions asked. The Alexa Audio Devices/Thermostats are utilized for the purpose of guest connivence.
